Northern Arb ...... Please wake up .

Every time I've ordered from Northern Arb (3 times) they've not had what I wanted and didn't tell me so I was sat twiddling my thumbs waiting for my stuff. I have to contact them before they do anything which is not on in my experience. They've also sent me a duplicate order (some pricey chainsaw boots...) which I returned without so much as thank you

Why can,t  companies  just say it will be  x amount of time for delivery  instead of feeding you bull....

They crazed me to send my t/wolf blades in to resharpen, like a prat I did that, then nothing for weeks. After the umpteenth call they sort of admitted loosing them , but not in so many words.
They then did ‘an investigation ‘ whatever that entailed, and finally admitted they had them then lost them.
They did send me some replacements eventually, but their pattern ones, not genuine ones like I sent in. So that was that.

same experience had been promised delivery of goods on several occasions which didn't turn up then made a complaint and was promised free saw chains as compensation which also didn't turn up!!  Now I refuse to use them shit awful service!

Ordered some saw trousers from honey brothers on Sunday, got a text Monday saying they didn’t have them in stock and would be a couple days, has them delivered yesterday. Great service, great communication. Thanks HB!!

My friend has a bike shop and uses the old stock 2 stroke oil in his Black and Wrecker chainsaw

The wording makes it sound like you need to give the saw an oil change. Whoever made that has zero idea how a saw works

ive always found honey bros great to deal with and i live abroad too.

never used northern arb, but wont be rushing to after this thread!
