Replacement metal left shoulder , metal rod and a box of screws holding my right leg together and a metal right knee . One month in hospital . no more squash or any other sport .

So wot have I done then ? Took mum out shopping on my birthday ( took old mate to see his birth house fr last time, he is 85 yrs now -last weekend ) this weekend, waited at junction an Mondeo tried to jump thru my windscreen ! * writ right off* K
