You have to drive them to the cash point... 

 

As sarcasm doesn't always come across online can I just state..... I don't like being paid cash it costs more to pay into the bank..

Not that I get paid every day in filthy lucre but paying my folding monies into the bank is not even in my top 100 of "Things to do with a sweaty wedge of cash"
