Working in a two-person crew with another woman has caused me to find out if there are any other all-female arborist crews in London or further afield. I acknowledge that there are relatively few women in the arboriculture industry and therefore guess that there are even fewer crews made up of only women.

Does any one know of any or are even a member of such a crew themselves?

We have a you female apprentice and she is doing fine but it's still a minority within the industry so well done for you if you can team up and make it work as I think a lot of customers respond well to having a female presence on the crew and a good friend who is a ceramic Tyler is desperately trying to find a female member of staff for just that reason.

My wife has been working with me full time for a year now. Honestly can't believe how she has done considering she has come from being a pediatrist in the NHS. She works as hard if not harder than most other lads, part of the reason is she wants to prove she isn't the weak link. Also is a lot better at organising things and working out a quicker/safer way.
