Feeding my chipper with the grapple, it did jam but I didn’t have time to go all Hollywood on it.
 
 


Anyone know if a grapple like this will work on my older 528 Avant?

I've got three hydraulic connections on the boom, but have only used two of them. No idea what the middle one does [emoji15]

Oil out & oil back in or reversed if you use the lever the other way, the 3rd pipe is normally the motor bleed return, You can run the grab with the 2 you use but if your using a hydraulic rotator  on the grab you will need to use a electric splitter valve or add an extra service to power it.

Yes, it was the rotator bit I was wondering about.

i would be extending the plate at the bottom of the grapple.you will find it much more versatile.Also good at keeping the wood away from expensive hydraulics
