Do you mean, like, more coming out sideways (like red) or coming downwards, like, yellow?  If it was like yellow, wouldn't that restrict the size of your butt?

Like the yellow ones Kevin. Stop the stems slipping out as they do a bit now.

 

Larger pieces are held free anyway, no issue.

here's a better view of my heel plate when it was new. It works well but could be better with two holding spikes on the bottom

I've got my 900L avant bucket but the yard is totally fine. Almost disappointed!

We are keeping our fingers crossed hoping it is only a short blip lasting 2 or 3 days, can't remember the last time we had as much snow so quick ( just like old fashion winters from the past  ) 10" every where & deeper in the drifts, it is causing absolute havoc everywhere so the sooner its gone the better, We should have some rain Wednesday & 4 degree's, It starts to melt then & everyone's thoughts turn to flood's, sand bags & boats ( can't do a lot with water you can at least stock pile snow to get it out of the way ) The MultiOne was an excellent machine for heaping the snow with the telescopic boom,  There was a down side, ( It was bloody cold to say the lease ) maybe my own fault not dressing with the correct cloths . The best tool on a MultiOne type loader to manage snow is a angle blade with hydraulic off set, Its so much quicker & easier than a bucket.

Work is west London, home is Oxfordshire. Home has had a reasonable amount of snow. I just took the day off today rather than get involved with the chaos. It snows so rarely in the SE you might as well take the time off and enjoy it rather than fight it. Built a snow man with the little one, watched some films, had lunch out. Best Monday I've had in a long time!

Thinking of building a snow man at work ourselves tomorrow on the roof of one of our service vans, with hat, carrot & coal ,

( sounds like you know the drill, ) The van is off on a 6 or 7 hour drive to a job in Anglesey on Wednesday , we have a sweep stake going to see if the snow man makes it there & back, will try & get some photos before they depart.

AA did say yesterday clear snow from cars/vans or face fine and penalty points on your licence. Person on roof is even a bigger no.

Police said that every time it snows. I'd love to see how many people actually get ticketed.

What's worse is people setting off with a tiny 'sniper hole' bit of their frosty windscreen cleared.
