Trouble with muck grabs is that if the tines aren’t  hardened you can bend the buggers easy as pie.

Lots of new 4ft euro bracket muck grabs with forged tines around on eBay for around a grand. I’ve just ordered an 8.4 with tilt hitch, 4 in 1, leveller and forks. Tempted to get a multione to euro bracket adaptor and see how it handles like that before I start cutting brackets etc- would make sourcing attachments much easier, plus I could borrow attachments from the farm.

The Multione ones have cheese for upper tines, and the bottom ones are too long for tree work, had to shorten them.

My one for Giant has short lower tines and as you say top are made of cheese.

Also my grab had short tines each end which was a pain, changed them for same length and made it a better tool.

Made up a euro adaptor and got the kelfri grab working. Whilst we had the euro hitch on we pulled a broken bale grab out of the nettles and welded it up too.

Also tidied up the farm bonfire with the 4 in 1. She’s very efficient for tasks like that.

In another couple of days you will wonder how you managed without it, and your back will benefit greatly

I'm already the master of back-saving equipment (three diggers, two forklifts and a compact tractor with loader), but this is hopefully a big step forward in efficiency, replacing a dumper on many jobs and being much quicker than a digger for a lot of others.
