....... And a blooming good deal!

>£35k + allowances + van (I'd be cheeky and try to get the use of the van in my own time, but that's just me).

fair play beechwood.

Thanks
I think it's a generous package and I'm hoping someone local to me sees it that way, although it's expensive living in our neck of the woods so the salary reflects it.
Using van on own time, opens up the whole benefit in kind thing, no one likes giving their money to the taxman do they!

It warms the cockles to see an advert like that... I particularly like how you offered free chocolate croissants on the Friday afternoons and a 6 pack of Butty Bach each lunch time.
cheers, steve

And the use of the camper van in the picture for any lad who happens to feel a little tired?
Bloody good job description though, I wish you the best, finding the right guy.

Thanks Steve

Gutted to be losing the guy who is leaving but it's his ambition to start his own business, so good luck to him.

Big shoes to fill, just hoping I can find someone who is up to it.

He'll probably be back in a year or two after he discovers that the shittiest job in this industry is running a business.

I've run my business for 13 years now and that position would still tempt me if I was younger and my joints weren't crumbling.

Behave!  the old "you don't know how lucky you are just climbing trees, no responsibilities" chestnut.    Do people still fall for that from their bosses?
