Never heard of a Mk3 having any issues.I clean mine regularly.Warm water and examine every link and surface.. looks as good as new everytime

Dish washer clean for me, just lay it out on top shelf and it comes out lovely and shiny, sometimes just needs a little wipe to get the loosened crud off the edges...... just don't let the Mrs find out!

Is that a good idea? I thought dishwasher powder was caustic and abrasive to aluminium

My Mk3 has been fine with almost daily use for almost 2 years.

I LOLER quite a few Mk3's and they have all been fine.

It looks like they've finally nailed the problem [emoji106]

I would agree. I have LOLERed over a hundred mark 3's and never come across a cracked one.

 

Most dealers will swap straight away.

Not sure after 2 years though.

It is if you put any in, water only and a cool setting.

I would be interested to see the failure percentage between DRT and SRT. When used with a wrench it doesn't seem to stretch the links as much.
