Ordered! D

I'll use the Oiler on my 48" Mill I think?

Would the 36" Mill work comfortably with an 18" Bar also?

Yep the mills fit any bar really but on an 18" bar you would only get 10" of cut width.....

That looks great Rob. Wish I had a saw up to that sort of size. Passed details onto a friend who has been dithering about getting a big Alaskan but whimpers at the price.

Cheers - we're hoping this will work well for folk like that ie a good entry level mill so they can see if they enjoy the process and what they make... hopefully make a few £... and then they can look to gear up to bigger and better things.

Would 1 of your winch kits fit onto this mill rob as fancy doing a bit of milling again now we have a decent yard to work and store in again, and I only kept the mini mill and small log mill from when I was doing a lot more 6 - 7 years ago.

Just ordered one as I have to try and make some benches for a caravan park where I've been taking trees down...! Hope it is as easy as the videos make it look :-)

Sharp chain and good general maintenace yes it is - but a winch makes it easier :)
