What is it with you guys and your hips

 

I've ground out 100's of stumps with a pedestrian and never had any issue with my hips, sure my shoulders feel it after a long day, but never my hips.

 

Are you sure your doing it right?

Same here, got a little 3 ft conifer stump tomorrow with a rayco 25, shoulders gonna feel it. Hopefully that's all!

You're not wrong, I won't work in the wet as think it'll damage me long term. I only use the grinder maybe weekly on average so can't justify hydraulic. I prob do more damage to myself climbing trees so wanna get away from that at some point

Well it's Friday & we have sold a further Five pedestrian machines this week so something is right with our machines, roll on next week.

This always fascinates me, how does working in cold or wet weather cause arthritis?

 

 

Our damp climate I guess. We soak up the moisture and swell up. Plus extra weight in weather gear sticky boots, more strain. Whereas like when you used warm water to clean things go easier as do hydraulics and transmissions.

I'm a delicate flower. My hearing significantly alters with a change in weather pressure, so who knows what changes our bodies go through unnoticed.

I would rather run in a t shirt and shorts on a warm day than in wellingtons and winter gear on a cold day.

I am not knocking the HB20 it is a good grinder, but why has the cost increased so much? we paid around £6,500 plus vat in December 2011?

 

I wish my rates had gone up by that percentage?

 

Have you seen a trade in price for one aswell...
