Right, mine are going in at 90 degrees tomorrow, have lost a bit of weight recently and they are hanging off me!

Your in luck. The wife washed a new pair of SiPs only had them on for an hour. They started life as a medium now they are XS. I'll pop them in an envelope and post to you

Wash mine at 60 fairly regular, only way to get em clean of grease and other crud which also probably compromises the protection, so I'd wear them but wouldn't ask anyone else to.

As has been said I doubt anyone will be willing to carry the can for categorically stating they will be un damaged, in our litigation culture that would be most unwise.

Agree on all of the above Chris, but you left out the fact that no one can categorically state that even a brand new pair will stop a saw in the first place either.

I work on the principle that they wont so don't try to find out.

What about the girlfriend? Is she:

(A) a "keeper" - appears to have good basic domestic awareness (although needs a little fine tuning when interfacing with technology), demonstrates initiative and can be relied upon to "give it a go" but requires some supervision and direction.

(B) retained on trial terms - given a written warning and extended trial. Increased tasking or reduced allowance to compensate inconvenience and recompense financial loss. Remedial training.

© soundly thrashed and dismissed without further ado.

Even £65 is quite a lot for me at the moment. Cheap's relative...

buy a new pair if your worried

your easy find £65

if your self empolyed add £10 to the next 7 jobs

if your PAYE get your employer to buy you a new pair and pay them back £10 a week

or get your girlfriend to pay for them it was her fault and requires further training with the washing machine
