Its true Mick, its not until after i thought i will end up paying for someone's stupidity, business is at the stage where i cannot do everything myself and can no longer babysit grown men, in reality i need to bring in or train up skilled men that will in turn make my life easier not harder!

 

 

That's running a business I'm afraid , probably one of the biggest battles..

Plenty of folks who have done there college stint and can talk the talk then instantly trip over when it it comes to walking the walk. Folks need a chance I know for sure ,but baby sitting to give them an opportunity to train them up and then watch them leave when they feel they have got to a good level and are worth even more money is what happens next.

I think it is a generation shift.

 

Kids that have grown up in Households where their Fathers have never done propper graft,the kids have had everything handed to them on a plate and received praise for every little thing they have ever done.

 

Coupled with the over emphasis on qualifiations over experiance that has saturated this industry.

 

Not all the new guys are self entitiled,underskilled over confident limp wristed serial selfie takers but its most of them.

Hi , going on about the hours I work! I've worked most of my life on my own, to a point now I am getting replies from when I am talking to myself !! Just kidding! So I've decided a new career, and hopefully getting a job with a company and being part of a team, I've worked from the age of 15, up to present being 52. I don't fancy setting a business up tried in another career, been there tried it sod it I want come in from the cold and work for someone.

 

I will give 100% always have never passed a job . Over.

I like working,period, don't drink nor smoke classed as a boring fart but that's the wife's opinion!
