There was a guy did a load for a guy i work for a few years back with a artic mounted tub grinder with a built in crane on it. They run out of norwich somewhere. Cant remember the name but their main business is supplying mulch and compost I'll try and find out. The guy had a "Uncle Fester" mural airbrushed on the side of his tractor unit if that rings any bells for anyone?

honestly guys you need a bed of small logs for it to work, its all about science and micro organisms and stuff. you need a hard standing with drainage, terram and then a very deep bed of huge chip. the layer between the chip and terram is full of wee beasties and they munch up all the poo and pee and make it come out like water in the drainage system, and the top stays dry for the cows to lie on, get it wrong and it is a swamp of yucky stuff. and you cant exactly spread this stuff in the field once you have finished with it like dung can be, so you better have a big embankment well away from a water away to shove it over when its done for spring time
