I talked to Jesper at Nordik greenteeth about a 2250 he had for sale with about 350 hours on it, we spoke about what i do and currently use (new version vermeer 252, 27hp belt driven) and he said i'd be disappointed with the 2250. (I was disappointed at the 27hp hydraulic drive vermeer FWIW)

I liked that honesty. So it would make sense in my mind that if Ty is considering larger HP machines, or even the 252, then the 2250 would be too small for him too.

Ok makes sense, I was thinking I haven't said that. I know Jesper, surprised he said that though as we have had good success with this model. I have heard the Vermeer is under powered, the hyd machine that is.

intresting ,:001_smile:

That is interesting, always quite liked the 252 as being a nice simple machine which if you want can tackle a decent sized stump but lacked traction especially on slopes tracked 1 would make it really usable especially as it looks quite narrow.
