Annoying Things Guys Do On Site

Leaving stuff all over the place and never storing gear in exactly the same place every time, thus guaranteeing that nobody can ever find anything when it's needed.

At the end of the job, loading the rakes and hedgecutters before loading ladders then logs! "Yeah but we gotta get the logs out first, innit." ****!

Junk food wrappers falling out the cab and leaving it lying on drive way!

Getting out cab and slamming the door on the seat belt! Every time!

Opening door, flicking seatbelt in properly then not closing door properly! Every time!

Leaving one piece of gear on site every time I'm not there!

Arriving 5-10 minutes late and blaming it on traffic even though his colleague lives in the same town! Every day!

Watching me put the gob cut in a tall stem then walking under to get a branch as I'm doing the back cut! Every single time!

Blood pressure is up now so I'm logging off!

Yeah the tea thing needs its own room the customer will offer and will reply " well if the kettle is on around 10ish that would be great " but the guys do say yes at times when it's an hour before lunch or an hour after lunch and when I'm up the tree I ain't get down for that cup but again will say we stop around 1 o'clock so that would be great. But if you refuse that first cup upon arriving when your trying to get stuff sorted out it can sometimes back fire and turn into a dry day

Seems like a cuppa isn't as simple as you'd think, you could be onto something here, what about setting up an Arboriculture and Forestry Tea Advisory Group (AFTAG) you could make the rules, I'll help as I'm not a fast climber and don't have much experience but I can talk plenty. :001_tongue:

Leaving saws running on there sides on a road so they take themselves for a walk into the live traffic lane, or just generally leaving things running unnecessarily.

Fighting and struggling to get a twisty horrible branch into the chipper when a running saw is rite next the there feet.....
