Hmmm. See previous point on mass hysteria.

Alec

P.s. Did Freddie Starr eat your hamster?

Some facts:

1. There must have been 500 people killed by terrorists in Europe and America over the last year in a dozen plus attacks.

2. 5,000 Europeans have went to fight for Islamic State.

3. MI5 are watching 3,000 Islamic Extremists in Britain.

4. More British Muslims have joined IS than the British Army.

5. Mainstream politicians seem unwilling to admit that mass migration has made the West a more dangerous place to live.

It's not "mass hysteria" to be concerned about the increasing amount of terrorism in the West. If Liberals (like you) aren't going to be honest about terrorism the electorate will vote for politicians that listen to their concerns.

But yeah, you make some feeble jokes about Freddie Star if you think it helps you win the argument.

To address your points from my perspective

1 probably true and very sad

2 5000 out of circa 750 million is not many is it?

3 are these all immigrants?

4 hardly relevant

5 is it the migration or the backlash from it that is making things worse?

The problem with some of your posts to me is that you come across as horribly racist.

It's no good shutting the door after the horse has bolted.

I voted out of the EU but migration was not my reason.

That's not fair mate, the guy has perfectly legitimate concerns about the future of the country he lives in.

I suggest you either back it up or retract it.

Actually for the first time ever on here I feel sufficiently moved to report your post as it's pretty shameful.

I don't necessarily agree with the guy but I've never seen anything on here to suggest him to be racist and frankly I just think you're jumping on the bandwagon.

What gives you the right to hurl that at anyone, do you think it's acceptable?

Have a read if Europe in or out for a start.

It's only my opinion and all I'm saying is that how it comes across on screen to me.

Stopping migration is not going to cure this country's or any other countries problems in my opinion.

I would rather have them here than let them drown or be blown up.

If you feel the need to report my post then you will have to do it.

I disagree. As Richard says, read the Europe In/Out thread.

I already have!

I'm well familiar with his postings and while he's plainly fairly robust in his views I've never seen him post anything to suggest he's racist.

Time it was flagged up that to acuse someone of it with no grounds is just every bit as bad as being one.

I hope the moderators act appropriately.

I'll just repeat a previous post and now leave it to those in charge to do as they feel appropriate.

I constantly find it ironic that so many of these liberal types and their various "causes", who love to berate others for their lack of tolerance and understanding, invariably seem to have so little of it themselves!

Another saying is "when in a hole stop digging".

Let's be honest here, the Paris/ Nice/ Brussels/ London/ Madrid terrorist attacks would never have happened if Europe hadn't previously let third world migrants into Europe.

We don't seemed to have learned any lessons over the last ten years. Politicians still seem to be keen on letting more third world migrants into Europe. In fact Mad Merkel sent an invite to the entire third world. If the likes of Trump and Le Pen can stop the madness we should be voting for them.

Bang on.

I don't agree with a lot that matelot says, I definitely don't have him down as a racist, mind.

There are a few in this thread that think if they post big long posts they will win the backing of the people. A bit like when they were sat in the student union bar many years ago.:001_rolleyes:

Let's hope the mods don't close this thread down due to a few narrow minded folk.

What do you mean by "the likes" and what particular "madness"? Don't you think it's a little too early to guage how much of a success the Policies that Trump will enact will be? It'll be interesting to see how far he goes with his promises. I hope he ends up suprising us all. As for Le Penn, I don't think the NF are a body worth promoting.
