The oil absorbent granules are really good. Just cover the affected area in a good covering and leave as long as possible as long as its not raining/wet.

They suck oil out of concrete suprisingly well and are less labour intensive opposed to scrubbing and washing.

Id be careful using strong detergents and high pressure hoses as they could easily damage the surface of the tar.

10 month old machine with hydraulic issues.

Still under warranty.

Am I truly expected to check every nut bolt and connection regularly?

No sign of stain going away anytime soon...

Sorry to sound like a miserable git but from experience with new kit yes you do have to do a check on nuts and bolts as yes they do come loose after a few hours use. A loose pipe will not be covered under warranty!

Just to add a few details.

Greenmech France promised us a replacement machine.

True to their word one was delivered to the dealer for us to collect:thumbup1:

It was a few days before we could get to the dealer to do the exchange and in that time the Greenmech rep took back the loan machine as it was needed for a demo elsewhere.

So we where stuck with our faulty machine for another couple of weeks during which time it had the hydro connections come adrift twice, both times emptying the tank of oil :mad1:

Since then we now have the replacement demo machine and our original has gone back to the factory.

Now waiting for our G.M 200 to arrive and I will be checking every nut and bolt weekly from now on...
