I'd call that a letterbox. I think the letterbox name mainly refers to the bit you bore in through the back of the gob (that sweeps the middle of the tree out) but if you're doing that bit then you're doing the rest of it.

I have unit 13 and I think this was part of it, felling trees over twice guide bar........So you make your gob cut then bore into the centre of the gob and fan the tip of the bar around to remove the centre wood, then bore into the back of the tree parallel with the hinge, (leaving a little more to compensate for the centre bore) and fan around the back, to fell the tree. This cut is called?? TIA

You make the point that he is just a suspect, nothing is proven yet. But I suspect most people would not welcome him in the UK. It is great to be a lovely caring society but sometimes you have to say 'No!'. After all, if we get a reputation as being a country that will always protect terror suspects and block them from returning to the country where the crime took place we are pretty much doomed. The machine did come with a harness when I bought it new in 2011, although it has given me great service over the years, its worn out, the webbing that holds the clip has been replaced a few time, so I'm looking to purchasing a new one..
