Relatively speaking yes; the BBC are totally balanced and objective. Seriously though.Sure, they suffer from bias and serious errors of judgement. Like the Trump speech stupidly, or the Gaza/Israel coverage or the inordinate amount of airtime devoted to Light Blue rather than Green or Orange. But compared to anything else out there, nothing even comes close in terms of breadth of coverage and range of content. In the main all pretty balanced, overly balanced sometimes. What would you suggest as an alternative to the BBC? Surely to you don't want to end up with a situation like they have in the States, with very little but partisan "news" outlets. Or even worse, having to try and glean glimmers of truth from AI infused social media owned by the likes of Zuckerberg or Musk. Sends a shiver down my spine.

If I get time tomorrow I will list some of the times in the last 20 years or so the BBC has been found guilty of institutional bias. Of course that will probably be the fault of Ofcom. The BBC are totally balanced and objective.

So Reynaulds. I think I've started to suffer from it recently. Just the two index fingers. I'm shocked by how painful it is, considering it's just a bit of cold. Ironic really as I've been teasing my mum about it for years, thinking she was just being a wuss. Is it hereditary? Guessing I've got it from her.

I have heard this before. The BBC have only made a mistake, and they are the victim of a vicious right wing attack. I genuinely pity anyone who is sucked in by this.

Fxk no. They're comical with their crazy heat, and have a weird but nice flavour. Not that easy to grow here though..

Oh it probably hasn’t helped mate, for sure.

Prawn curry. So yeah, spicy prawn stew really! Hot hot. Normally the boy eats with us as well, so I've not really been able to add chilli to stuff. This evening though he had something else so I made free. A bit too free of I'm honest, went a little overboard!

Probably exacerbated by it though. I first noted white finger when I was 16 and riding motorbikes but it got worse from harvesting timber.

I was going to use a picture of a really emo kid but I didn't want to exclude Mick Dempsey's Non-Stop Oldies from the conversation.

Try and find a NRV to fit before the filter to stop leak back, maybe strip the mechanical lift pump as it may have rubbish in a valve prevent a good suction/pump.

I ‘lost’ my fingers this morning on a simple, short connie job in the sleet. It’s a total bastard. The best gloves I’ve found that you can climb in are Pfanner ice grips. Those teabag style warmers are good, but getting pricey now. I’ve got a pair of rechargeable rock type things from Amazon that are worth a look. Saved my arse today. My Raynauds definitely isn’t work related. My fingers used to turn bone white on rugby pitches in Northumberland winters when I was about 8. Base layers with thumb holes help more than you’d think.

They dont do one, only full size die grinders. That would be like using a Stihl 500i for pruning a fruit tree.

She is milking it for all it’s worth, coining it in playing the victim card, she will probably be standing as a Reform candidate in the next election, maybe she stand in the Anglesey seat. Anyway, Im off out for a beer or two, some of us are still capable of going out after dark in our own Country without shitting ourselves. 👍
