All towbars are type approved and have a ce mark. Many years ago we would make them for motor homes and commercial vehicles, but couldn’t make them for cars as all have to be approved. The mounting points are approved by the manufacturer.

Can anyone recommend a manual tyre changing tool for small tyres?
Field Builds replied to Muddy42's topic in Maintenance help
I’ve used a manual changer similar to that Vevor setup for mower and quad tyres — it does the job once you get used to it. The trick is plenty of lube and good bead clamps to stop the tyre from walking while you lever it off. For smaller rims (like barrows or garden trailers), sometimes the changer’s center post is too big, so you might need to make a sleeve or adapter. The Vevor’s decent for the price, but if you’re doing a lot of really small stuff, the Harbor Freight mini tire changer or BeadBuster XB-450 are both handier and faster. What’s the smallest rim size you usually deal with? That might change what’s best for you. -

looks like you got what you paid for. why skimp on safety? trousers are expensive,, legs priceless.

What rifle did you go for in the end? Have a look at the DNT Zulus. Lots of bang for your buck so to speak. Make sure you don't go for the 5x mag instead of the 3x by mistake. That's just an IR torch, you'd need the day/ night optic to go with it. Most newer day/night scopes have that built in which is fine for ratting distance.

We'll digress as we like, until told otherwise by management, thanks!

Lets keep this thread for new gear. Pfanner trousers arrived. Somewhat disapponted to see they were made 06/2017 so are very old stock. Fabrics and textiles degrade, so theres a good chance the protection will not be as good as it was. I'm assuming they have been improved since then, too. What do we think? They were about 60 quid cheaper than others but had no mention of being old stock.

Steve go onto UK Varminting classifieds or the Stalking Directory, there’s always people selling kit to upgrade. Optics warehouse have some good deals online and do 0% on loads of stuff. I have an old Photon with a decent ir illumination torch on a 22 BSA Super Ten, does the job fine.

I charge 350 plus Vat all gear and saws provided. This summer I was cutting 3 very big Beech windblown and I asked 450 per day , got the work no problem. I believe it’s depends where you are and what you do and how reliable YOU ARE …..my friend got groundsman position in Cork 260 per day on RCT he is 63😉 I want to say that I subcontract very rarely as I’m very angry and aggressive and most of the people around me is in constant danger if they not behave way I want it, but as a worker I’m never meet any Irish man who can come even close to me in whatever I do🤧 !

NVS30 Night Vision Scope Infrared Camera APP WIFI for Hunting & Surveillance UK | eBay UK WWW.GOOGLE.COM Model: NVS30. You can see up to 200m range with its infrared light night vision Scope. The compact and unique design... It's an older pard design, pretty decent for close quarters and just fits whatever you're currently using. I'm certainly not removing a decent scope to fit some digital one for rats.

I have just purchased a red led lamp to go on my .177 for rats, yet to give it a go but the light was £12.99, can't get any cheaper than that.
