Tony flailing with a 2.7t digger is for when you can’t be arsed putting a blade on a strimmer, and tbh sometimes you’d be quicker with the strimmer. If it’s light bramble and jaggies work in areas you can only get a 5’ machine in with a lot of stones or uneven ground, then use the digger and flail. If it’s not that then you’ll soon get frustrates with the flail. More info on you lots of flailing. Regarding the longer boom, if it’s a zero turn machine it will buckaroo you all day long in the seat and will restrict your lifting capacity.

Morning all, some well needed rain yesterday and last night.dry just now but forecast is for some more. Today’s a big day, I’m getting a grapplesaw! I’ve dreamt of 1 of these since before they got invented I think! Every tree around my mates yards getting a hair cut and I’ll get my bar straightening machines ready!

Good Morning All.

Funny (sad?) how so much of this is political point scoring, a couple of innocent children shot in an American church doesn't seem to be outrageous enough to mention.

First time I met with it was about 2002 when a work colleague said his cousins friend (immediate red flag) had seen someone drop their wallet while shopping in London and returned it to the person, a middle Eastern man, he wanted to give her £10 for being so honest but she refused so he said "You have been very kind, let me give you some good advice, don't be in London at the weekend!" Quick Google sorted that one out as it was repeated across many platforms over many months. In most cases gullibility is the problem but I really struggle with cases like this.

Tracked machine problems advice required.
handymidi replied to handymidi's topic in Cranes and Mewps
Yes but fixing on site could mean you have to wait for someone to come out to wherever you are. It's not I could call the AA to get me home. I don't know why they don't offer a system like you say. Something where you can put the machine in neutral so that you can push it out or even tow it out of gear. -
Check it’s oiling properly (if at all)

Its a consumable so no biggie .

I remember posting up in the RIP thread that Clint Eastwood had died ( seemed plausible ) only to find you lot laughing at me saying it was fake news ! I had never been aware of fake news until then . 😃

Just put in Haven Holidays Cleethorpes asylum seekers and it’s all up there. Nothing sinister, you’re just a bad googler. Eggs got caught out lying to appear ‘in the know’ about something that was fake. Then doubled down, getting agressive, calling people names, and saying he was going to get an apology etc. So his return (if he returns) should be interesting. Get caught out by fake news is easy, we’ve all probably done it at some point. Lying like Jay from the Inbetweeners is a whole lot moré embarrasing.

Good Morning Nice quandary to be in Pete. Which beach. I will be suffering the 20mph zone from Chessington to Richmond. P.s. all the chat about the 880's. Ran my 881 yesterday evening with 46" .404 to start milling an Oak butt for a mate. With moto-mix and de-comp. No issues. Ran a 42" lopro on the 661 and it threw nose sprockets like discus. Might try a longer bar but would defo have to go skip or hyper-skip as I don't think it'd pull it. Stay dry good gentlemen.

Its a bit larger than I expected! Comparison with the baby Fakita and my 2511.. I was expecting it to be somewhat more compact! Havent done any cuts with it yet. How do you get the guard off? Looks to be a blind pin holding it, and I'd rather not open it up straight away...

No I dont think there is a place for petrol hedgers, perhaps if the job is miles and miles of thick rail veg clearance with a shorty hedger going flat out but then its not the ideal tool for the job anyway. Petrol hedgers are also really bad for vibration and HAVS while battery ones are much nicer for your hands and arms.

I bet haven pay google a hell of a lot of money so its no surprise that they might cut out the fake news stories. Although if you add asylum unto your search it brings the old stuff. Is Eggs gone for good then or what?
