I am not jumping to conclusions about Trump - I have said all along that such a close friend of Epstein (and Maxwell) knew very much what Epstein was about, and is complicit in the crimes Epstein (and Maxwell) committed by the very least his silence on the matter. These recent emails confirm that Epstein knew Trump knew 'about the girls'... and so Trumps silence on the matter allowed Epstein to evade justice for longer and to rape more school girls. As for Maxwell, Trump appears blind to the crimes she has committed and after press questioning refuses to condemn her but is open to the possibility of a Presidential Pardon. I know that most of us on here, if any of our friends were trafficking children to be raped we would not be considering pardoning them for what they did. Either Maxwell has some dirt on Trump (very likely) or Trump is a fool (also very likely, the 2 options do not exclude each other). Also to note that Trump didn't appear to defend Maxwell in court. All the same the US has a president who appears not be find rape of children abhorrent.

There's one like that buried in the sand on little haven beach, in stormy weather it gets partially uncovered and you sometimes see a group of people trying to hack their way into it and remove it to prevent plastic pollution. Does that mean it's worth more or less?

If I were to jump to conclusions, I wonder what I would make of the recent tranche of emails from Epstein and Maxwell about the dog that hasn't barked? Apparently Trump spent many hours with Giuffre, who was once employed by trump in his club. Maxwell, who is doing a 20 year stretch got moved from florida jail to a minimum security facility in Texas and is "reportedly" getting concierge services! She is trying to get her sentence commuted and DJT hasn't ruled out a pardon! All of this after she said she said; l"I don’t recall ever seeing [Trump] in [Epstein’s] house for instance,” Of course DJT is totally squeaky clean and didn't pay off SD the porn star, and certainly there is no credence in the email about him "...leaving his nose print on the glass as young women were swimming in the pool and he was so focused he walked straight into the door.", nor how GE “gave” Trump his ex-girlfriend: Norwegian businesswoman Celina Midelfart, or about Lauren Petrella; who reportedly accused Trump of making unwanted sexual advances at her. I'm sure that there is nothing untoward going on and only those who would jump to conclusions would see something seedy here.

Top 10 most popular wood-burning and multifuel stoves
Gabriel82 replied to BowlandStoves's topic in General chat
Here's an example using that kind of square packing. This one is a 40mm thick steel door to a stove that burns almost anything and survive 😁 I once got it red cherry hot because of... too much coal. Also the walls are from chamotte brick 64 mm thick 120mm wide and about 230mm long. Basically the walls of the stove are 120mm thick ,its all built out of 1200 degrees Celcius resistant chamotte bricks. I think it weighs about 1 ton. 😁🙄. Took me a whole summer to build and it was expensive. By the way : don't mind me too much. I'm a hydrocarbons fan and pyromaniac I make my coffee on a gasoline Shmel-2 burner stove 🥳 Shmel is also a russian thermobaric rocket . Not to be confused -

Build yourself a ceramic tile stove 😎 With a chimney shut off plate. After everything has burned ,you've removed all ash and nothing is in the stove , air up the room ,close the chimney and the stove will heat up even more but uniformly up to and including the corners. Stays like that for at least 12 hours. This chimney shut off plate is good for stormy periods/nights. Helps keep the stove hot since natural draft is always present but winter storms increase the draft. This is one solution ,second one is having doors wich close hermetically with the help of a heat resistant ceramic fiber packing(usually square white or black). Only on the smaller stove shown in photo I have installed this chimney plate valve. -

I also have another one built through the walls of two big rooms. Basically heats up half a house. And is double compared to what you see in this photo. Also burns more wood because... I like it hot 😁 In very cold winter nights I used to load it with coal briquettes around 19:00 PM and will burn untill morning. A true beauty luxury putting me to sleep 😁 And is silent , no need for electricity , fans, pumps, electronic controls or heating liquid(like in central gas heating where its got copper plumbing...) -

Probably. But you don't understand how big mass stoves work. Because they have big ceramic mass(the tiles on exterior and the 32 mm thick chamotte bricks on the inside , you can burn a small amount of wood and the whole stove barely feels warm. Not HOT. Yet ,the whole house is just warm not hot for about 10-12 hours. Burn more wood stove heats up some more. But still you won't feel discomfort. I had a smaller cast iron stove many years ago(think it was 25 years or more). Got thrown in the street in spring for who wants it after a winter. Because it was giving either too much heat or too little. Reloading in the middle of night is not "fun"... And if I remember right it also burned more wood. never again stoves like that 🙄 -

Primer bulb pulling air but not the usual suspects.

As @Muddy42 says. Perhaps you need to go back to basics. Begin by putting a pump and gauge on the fuel inlet to the carb and see if the inlet valve holds pressure, pump it to 5PSI and the needle should hold if there is no depression in the venturi. -

Gabriel, You'd be amazed but yes my Esse stove smokes back into the room when lighting, refilling or when the stove is dying down. I have tried every trick in the book over three years, but its not really helped. Its an old drafty house with a cold flue and flue downdraft problems. Older non ecodesign stoves have massive air intakes and quickly send masses of heat up the chimney and continue to send lots of heat up the chimney (so called "inefficiency") so that this is never an issue. Defra, Hetas and european test standards have designed Ecodesign for a more "efficient" burn, better air quality but a lower flue temperature. But this only works in perfect lab conditions or a modern house that is warm anyway. Its a great business for stove installers with the need for more scafolding, insulation beads and anti downdraft cowls. But I also think the stove design doesn't help. It doesn't have enough potential air intake and the airwash and door are too close to the top of the stove. Its far too easy for smoke to spill out during lighting. I'm going to replace the stove soon. -

Why would I give any credence to casualty figures from Hamas? Apart from the BBC the world accepts they are a terrorist organisation and have been shown to use videos from a decade earlier and even a different country claiming they are recent incidents in Gaza. And no there is no independent scrutiny of what is happening in Gaza. So they may have doubled the figures or multiplied them by a factor of ten or a hundred. Who knows? Israel and Hamas were/are at war. I have no doubt atrocities have taken place on both sides, but what exactly did Hamas expect when they carried out the largest mass murder of Jews for 80 years and said they would do it again and again until Israel is wiped out? I have sympathy of course for innocent people caught in the crossfire. But when you realise that Hamas actually routinely steal the aid (therefore starving their own people) and since the Trump ceasefire they have continued killing their own people you have to question who has the moral high ground.

I had the same problem with my one handed Makita DUC150 chainsaw. As above, I have sharpened the teeth until the gap to the rakers about 50% of how it started, about 10 thousandths now.

Primer bulb pulling air but not the usual suspects.
openspaceman replied to jarrick's topic in Maintenance help
I don't know the carburetor specifics but generally the idle mixture screw controls all the idle fuel, so if its screwed in nothing can bypass it. The main jet is slightly different in that there is an undersized orifice (part of the check valve) from the diaphragm chamber direct to the venturi, the HI screw just allows additional fuel into this for tuning. The check valve at the top of the main jet should prevent air being sucked into the diaphragm chamber from the venturi. -

Air should come through the carb outlet pipe. If you think about it that's what the purge bulb does, suck fuel from the carb so it gets replaced with fresh fuel. You should not be able to blow back into the carb through the outlet valve. Are you 100% sure the fuel pump side of the carb is oriented correctly (valves next to the metal of the carb then gasket) and that the metering diaphram is not upside down? Is the needle valve seating properly? -
Loser missed a trick there, imagine if he'd have taken the time to splice a couple of them
