Alternative to the treemotion.

My treemotion is about to be retired and I wondered if anyone has moved on from one to something else?

I like the comfort of it and I really like the lower D's as well.

Just wondered if anyone has any comparisons or reviews of the many alternatives out there.

Thanks

I went from Treemotion to Petzl Sequoia SRT a few years ago and never looked back. I'm on my second Sequoia now and can't fault it. I find it more comfortable than the TM and it still has lower rings you can use too.

Sequoia is definitely on my radar but I haven't made the SRT switch yet.

One thing that puts me off is the yellow push button clips. I've LOLERed a few and noticed they can come undone if twisted (probably never happen when climbing tho. )

Thanks. 👍

Really liked my tree motion for about a week... as has been said, it's cumbersome, bits of webbing hanging about despite tucking them neatly into the little elastic loops. And in all honesty my old style sequoia was more comfortable (for me anyway) will be getting the new style when it's time to replace the tree motion.

Do you means the gold rings that can be opened? can you use them for a lanyard?

I intend to get a Sequoia SRT (SRT as I prefer the waist adjustment which is like the Avaho) as soon as I have a bit of spare cash (Christmas Present perhaps) I had the Avaho Sit Fast which was really comfortable for me but didn't have a floating bridge.
