Tripod ladders. Advice from users please.

I've been thinking about buying tripod ladders for a while now. Definitely want the three adjustable legs and have always thought I may as well just get the biggest ones. (12rungs)

But thats where I wanted some advice from current users. Will the big ones still be ok to do the smaller hedges etc. I am sure that it would be better to have some small ones as well but was hoping to get away with just one set.

Any advice??

Cheers

have the big ones and there great for tall hedges, have smaller ones and there great for smaller hedges! the big ones are a sod to transport and bloody wide at the bottom.

Just bought a 14ft set, and its brill, bit of a pain to transport but well worth it. Only downer was got mine for £300 and spotted on Skylands that they do same for £220 aaaaagh!

The extra money would have paid for the carving bar that I want to get.Hey ho:001_huh:
