I personally, had 2 bad cases with crane(i still believe it was bad operator and safety neglect) , since that never use them again.Never had any incident with MEWP, and i hope will never have them. Cant find stats now,but 1 incedent on rope 4 on basket world awerage, i believe more basket workers than rope in the world, so incedent occurrence about the same.

Ok, lets have fun, 360 m of hedge, 4 m high, move ladder every 1.5 m, so 480, 4 m ladder climbs, plus 6 kilo hegecutter on extendet arms svinging, how that comparable to 100 ft tree, plus in UK AND IRELAND, most trees above 50 ft is protected, so mostly enjoyable pruning dead wood removal. UNLESS you climbing on blacke hitch😬. To be honest i enter a tree crown with a ladder, then just using branches to ascend to tie in point thats it. Occasional pine tree, hovever must be slingshooted, those very rare. OPEN FOR ARGUMENT.

3 day today, laurel hedge 4m+ high, about 3to4 m width, so ladder from both sides, this is Ireland, land of fences, walls, and hedges.

I wanted to say that, but people think I'm crazy when they see me training along my dog on the futball pitch, thing is that if you do similar work every day, only particularl group of muscle is working, so you must stress another ones, its keep heart and blood arteries in good shape.

I found cutting high hedge, on ladder is the most hardest work, not even comparable to climbing, wich u enjoy at 45,planing to die on the tree!

As i see from photos no dieback on them yet ,so if it was my garden ,i remove biggest one ,all others left as it is ,its only my opinion. -

572 is too heavy for delimbing, in arb its most important! Of course you can use 201t on the ground, but it's against the rules.

I think that 500i practically can replace 661, notice I never used 500i. I personally use mostly ms 193t and ms 261,rarely use 661.

In situation like that i personally just go home🏡, as I prefer calculated risk 🤔

OK, so... 150 minus minimum 40 in tax, possible transport, climbing gear, PPE, and so on so 90 left or bit less🙄, my good friend in Leeds have that in local LIDL, Plus she babysitting few dogs on weekend and one private house cleaning once per week, so she have about 650 per week, no expense, paid holiday iam in shock 😳
