  1. I feel bad now, my snowflake daughter, tell me I'm old bully. So, I apologise to the m a n, and recommend look for work in barber shop!
  2. SNOWFLAKE.
  3. Proper isotonic (NOT ENERGY DRINK) work absolutely fine.
  4. PADDY IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.
  5. I always curious, what you, tree people eating during nesting season!
  6. As i see from photos no dieback on them yet ,so if it was my garden ,i remove biggest one ,all others left as it is ,its only my opinion.
  7. World becoming place of cowards and solicitors , no common sense, fear mongering, total control and so on, zombie land, very sad🙁 Scared people very easy to control, tactics of power holding top.
  8. 572 is too heavy for delimbing, in arb its most important! Of course you can use 201t on the ground, but it's against the rules.
  9. I think that 500i practically can replace 661, notice I never used 500i. I personally use mostly ms 193t and ms 261,rarely use 661.
  10. In situation like that i personally just go home🏡, as I prefer calculated risk 🤔
  11. No student in last 5 years, who lasted more than one day, usually till lunch, smartphones is a big issue, crap diet and no stamina, and others work etiquette problems😂
  12. Man on the ground, sometimes more important, than man on the tree, and possibly more hard working!
  13. My bad, here in Ireland is 30%.What about social insurance in UK?Or subbies its free from it?
  14. OK, so... 150 minus minimum 40 in tax, possible transport, climbing gear, PPE, and so on so 90 left or bit less🙄, my good friend in Leeds have that in local LIDL, Plus she babysitting few dogs on weekend and one private house cleaning once per week, so she have about 650 per week, no expense, paid holiday iam in shock 😳
  15. I presume 150 after tax?
  16. My bet is,that subbie don't tell you a true!
  17. I don't want to be rude, but man with that tickets and exp, must know his price in his area, unless he is no real passion in what he doing, another thing, I have seen many people (particularly council and other big organisation) with plenty tickets and exp and ohh god how useless they was, if u really good, employer will pay you maximum once u ask. Freelance is a way, to understand what u worth, I did it, never regret.Best teams I work with, all freelance guys, all team leaders for them self😎 Just contacted my friend he is around same area, min 250 a day, that about 150 after tax, isn't?
  18. By the way here in Ireland, its a crysis with good manual workers, my groundsman is 65 this year, all young people we had didn't last, or was useless dispite 32000 euro at start.
  19. In my 20' I personally was thinking of sex and drink mostly (very distracting for any work never mind climbing🍻) YA and fast money to get drink and sex, never seen a good climber younger than 30,maybe I was in wrong place🙄. Dispite my advice sound humorous, it is good.
  20. All about redirecting energy and priorities 👀
  21. U want to be a climber: 1} Fallow the money now, leave current company, 2 brothers in the 20-30 will not last, no future's there. 2}Get most payd job you can get. 3}Save money, get all tickets, you need, sport every evening, self education, basic gear, recreational climbing, never drink hard, don't waste time on women or man, more training. 4} Work harder, more recreational climbing, more self education, stop drinking at all, more training, very little sex. 5}After about 2-3 years, you possibly ready to start looking for work in tree company 6}Once you find a place in good established tree company expect : 1}work as hard as possible on probation period, show that you can do anything what requires, think about company as its yours. 2}After a year or two expect reasonable wages. All you need it's time and ability to fallow a plan, very rare those days! As always apologies for bad English, I like maths more! YA I FORGOT, MAN NEVER CRY!
  22. Another user of Rotatech, i found them very good for the price, occasional hard tooth, but manageable, bars are ok too. If mooney is tight go for it.
  23. Now, my advice, if problem isn't obvious, i personally disassemble everything, usually it help to find out what wrong with it, not simple way though, and cannot be done by everyone, but u didn't pay anithing for it so, for educational purposes worth to try.
  24. My, advice still the same, Do not listen this man, he miss big part if his education, if he had it at all. END. My second one in 16 years, 2 years old, regularly cleaned paper filter, air from compressor or my mouth 😂, no dust after filter a bit of oil, mostly used dry, according to my dairy about 300 hours on it, still original filter, thats for genius ADW.
