  12. Just open me books ,so to burn 5000Kcal you must consume close to 11000Kcal otherwise you willl start loosing weight at drastic level and you will die from multi organ failure in about 20 days plus minus ,so you know what 11000 Kcal is ? 2 kg of dry pasta plus half kilo of butter and half a kilo steak, maybe few beers on top😆
  13. Those figures are unrealistic very unrealistic.
  14. How do you know I am Russky?
  15. My Big Balls shrink proportionally high I climb on🥹

  17. 37 ton of force will split this splitter in a half I am afraid .My is similar construction beam is 6mm steel it is china made, rated at 15 ton and what I see it is max he can withstand.
  18. Few more secrets my standard setup for splitting,as you can see I use no mauls as it not efficient in my experience.I do have 15 ton log splitter not use it too slow and eating petrol in good amounts. We speak about domestic production ,commercial mashines it’s different level and price .
  19. That’s my collection and as you can see x15 felling axe used 85% of the time and it is my second one, that’s my secret :cut more split less.
  20. All those reports is lacking details, so can not be taken seriously i am always interested to see full investigation report but it never possible and cause concern about public sector professionalsm . Let’s look at neck injury:1)Did operator was wearing mesh visor, was it metal or plastic, was it on proper position, was it CE certified 2)was chain properly sharpened (angles, deep of rakers)3)Bar length, any other unlawful modifications on chainsaw. Statistics is very helpful we can learn on other people mistakes, but we never get those reports which is disturbing at least.
  21. I always afraid ,sometimes I have shaking knees, that’s ok in my opinion keep you focused . However if you fall in panic 😱 that’s over and probably time to retire. Fear is protecting mechanism panic is distructive.
  22. Iam not an expert just gardener,if it was me , I cut all new growt, watered them and w8 couple days then scratch cambium a little at the base of a tree ,if it not green in cambium and dry it’s 99%over, plant new start again.Open to correction of proper educated people,my advice purely based on experience not scientific knowledge!
  23. I am fussy today,might I ask what 30% FULL carbide mean🤷🏿‍♂️
  24. That possible and close to reality , so Garmin just predicted that because there is research and information available that how those watches works, I just walk my dog counted steps I did 2050 , my phone happily counted 3600🤣 I only trust them at pulse counting and elevation and atmospheric pressure that’s it🤞Calories burning just average prediction nothing else and can not be taken seriously.
