  2. Morning all. Cooler up here, 15c til lunch then up a little higher as the cloud clears. I'm off up north now to check the milk bottles on Stephen's doorstep, not heard from him in several hours. Maybe someone down there should check bottles on nightshift Bob's step as he's been absent too... Have a good one folks.

  10. Morning all. Couple of energetic gingers here keen to get going, think I've got the message across that coffee and wordle will be had first! We enjoyed yesterday, between hill in the morning, forest in the afternoon and moor in the evening they ran off lead for almost 5hrs and we'll do it all again today. Have a good one folks.

  13. Mick it's a mix of all things arb on site and processing in the yard. Be working up around Edinburgh for TD Trees (Tom D). Had a month with them and it's been good so full time beckons. A good team of people using roof mount valtra, mogs etc, right up my street!
  14. Morning all. First day of a fortnight off for me. The trial period at work has gone well and they're going to keep me, but the oh's going back to the Fatherland and Wee Poppes wouldn't manage two weeks of long days at work with me these days so I've got the time off. Pick up my mate's two Viszlas today for a sleepover so this weekend I'll mostly be walking! Have a good one folks.

  24. At my old work we had chainsaw protective waders for river work but only the foot area was protected and you couldn't fit a pair of type A's inside them without them wrinkling up to your knees. I always chose normal fishing waders with type A underneath and worried about keeping my feet out the way a lot. You probably want to think about a buoyancy vest that inflates automatically on contact with water too. And be prepared for ridicule...
