  1. When I worked at a garage we drained the compressor every night when finished work. It's a habit I continue now with the small compressor in the workshop, when I turn it off the drain valve is opened.
  2. It's madness isn't it. The other week here it rained heavy all day then temp dropped when the sun set, went out about 5pm and it was bad with black ice, I was 20-30mph on an A road and could feel the truck skittish but they were up close and overtaking like normal. Said to the OH it'll be carnage and when we returned 2hrs later there was 1 up a banking, 2 down another banking and 1 wedged backwards on the barrier within a 3 mile stretch. Police and ambulances were busy that night.
  3. You're very welcome lovely Issie! Thanks Ted.
  4. It seems to fit with local authority ethos in general. Recommending another report means the individual can show they've taken action whilst also passing responsibility to another, and avoiding the more expensive decision to remove... I may just be guilty of cynicism.
  5. I wondered if they missed a 0 too. Or maybe they think they've hit the firewood motherlode but haven't identified it's HC.
  6. Great. And thank you for giving us the word rampoozle to perfectly describe Santi on the trail of a hare! PM me your details and I'll send them.
  7. Not quite as big as I imagined but sounds fantastic. When you say she'll start scent training in April, do you intend giving Kira a bit of "work" to do?
  8. I get the feeling Kira is going to do just fine with her new brothers! Great video, thanks.
  9. What a beauty Rich! Looks a confident wee pup. Edit. Never heard of Jamthund, just checked, Giant Dog. Gonna need a bigger cage!
  10. I've 90 or so tablets left in the box, could Issie benefit from them? Happy to send them if you can make use of them...
  11. Does anyone here give their dog Yumove Senior supplements?
  12. 28 days is nothing, Steve had to wait 9 months for his latest delivery even though she was made in the UK!
  13. Got pfanner Zermatt at the moment and they've been as waterproof as a welly boot. They're a stiff boot but comfy, only had them a few months so no idea how they'll last.
  14. Is it blowy down your way Stubby? Not so much as a breeze with us today, been a few windy days recently but not seen any damage.
  15. I don't really find myself needing something tomorrow, usually no problem to wait for a week or three, provided I know what to expect. And my preference is for the Stihl calendar, or at a push a beanie or buff, really not fussed for sweets or whiskey.
  16. I'm beginning to suspect you're a jinx J. If you moved to the Atacama desert it'd rain buckets!
  17. Absolutely no tone intended Hairy, apologies if that's how it appeared. In my defence it was getting late and my mind was on going to bed! I'm certainly not trying to tell you my opinion is correct, I just can't see that trolling Greta on social media would be of any importance given the serious nature of the charges. I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time! Incidentally, I was serious about asking the AI. I tried using it but it was too busy to access at first then wanted me to have an account which I didn't fancy, but be interesting to see what it says on the subject. All the best.
  18. They seized 11 cars and 6 properties belonging to him and his brother who are accused, amongst other things, of people trafficking and rape. I reckon trolling Greta will be pretty low on the charge sheet. Hairy, how about asking the AI bot in the other thread what It's opinion is...
  19. The McCormick parked up for breakfast and a rainbow appeared in the perfect place.
  20. My best childhood memories are of dogs, hope your kids enjoy having their own too. Looking forward to seeing the new pup on here.
  21. I might be wrong but I think it's the Lockdown Firewood Splitter... The Lockdown Firewood Splitter https://arbtalk.co.uk/forums/topic/121866-the-lockdown-firewood-splitter/
