    I’m a big fan of Jensen, build quality is superb, I’ve never owned a 530, but have had a 540 and now a ridiculously over engineered 340, stupidly heavy, but unstoppable. Have a look at the 530... it’ll still be chipping in 15 yrs

    Currently doing an Ash clearfell site, no contact with anyone really, cancelled all domestic work.. had a customer who really wanted us in next week, but turned him down, doesn’t feel morally right and also not the professional image I want to portray..

    In fairness I was asked how it compared to the 540. It coped well with some dead maccy today, but wasn’t keen on some mistletoe laden apple later in the day...

    Currently got a 165 on hire while my beloved Jensen 540 is being assessed after a crash. 165 seems relatively competent, build quality seems fairly robust, but it just doesn’t do it for me! ( probably being a bit unfair after owning a 540 for years). Does look good though...
