  1. That may have been imported but why would you buy a second hand mill at around 2k which you can never get parts for and you will need to in time. If you stick to the woodlands you will get parts off the shelf and will do for years to come. Best advise is to look at the 122 model and you will not be far away on 2k for a second hand one if you can find one. Look at the reviews here in the link HM122 Portable Sawmill, Portable Sawmill | Woodland Mills UK
  2. Show me a link please as when i put it in google and gumtree nothing showing and it would come up if listed. They never have shipped to europe and have only ever sold in north america (fact)
  3. Like pulling teeth with you posting this and that. Hudson have never imported to the uk to my knowledge as the safety side does not meet the eu regs so your on a hiding to nothing there.
  4. Are you in the milling directory on here.Steve has an offer on and i will be listing today.

  7. No good spending 10k+ then crapping your self over it is there ?
  8. Bit late to worry about that now.
  9. If you get a machine with a blade on then just walk it over the sewer
  10. Get what you pay for the end of the day.
  11. That is a logosol mill
  12. In the cubs together was you. Bob a jobbers ?
  13. Well you posted and we all sing from the same tune. What a plonker Delboy would say The olden days you would be taken to the gallows for treason ⛏️ (your tools) Do you feel lucky you punk ?
  14. Keep dreaming on at £1000 bucks ?
  15. Like you say, How many tons of soil and clay 12 metres high already on top of it.
  16. Only you can call this as i see it.Burn bridges and it may come back bite your on the backside. If you had been doing work for someone for a long time and a guy who helped you out was doing work for the same person without mentioning it to you then how would you feel about it ?? Maybe you will need to work for him again in the future.
  17. If your worried that much and you can locate the actual sewer then just bridge it with some heave duty ramps.
  18. Christ what are you worrying about ?? 12 metres is a massive depth and as you say its never been disturbed.
  19. Be over there next week cutting and milling so will give here a text ?️
  20. I put eggs in the same (He be along now you watch) ?
  21. Spot on and the fact i put deta/star was just referring to the motor type not the way its wired up or starting current. Some people just have nothing better to do on a saturday afternoon.
  22. Is this close enough for you. You can argue over the most stupid things eggs. If i had not done it and paid out a vast some then i would not comment. Rule of Thumb Electric Motor Size Minimum Generator Req'd (KVA) by Starting Method HP KW D.O.L to KVA Size (Note 1) 15 11 37.5 20 15 50 25 19.6 60.5
  23. Your just being a prick now eggs. I am not telling the guy how to wire his setup if it is an older type motor then that is what is needed,
  24. Because i have setup the same thing twice and my mate who did it all is an industrial sparky. I have a 3 phase supply in both my workshops and my one 24" 3 phase planer has a 15 KVA motor delta/star but eggs knows best.
  25. His dealer and myself has told him he needs a 40 kva supply to run a 15 kva motor, No question about it.
