The old chap will have to take on a new identity and life as he knows it whilst still caring for his wife with dementia. I’d say the fact he’s stayed silent shows his respect. No bitter just just being a realist. Respect is a 2 way street they should show the victim of the theft some respect and mourn somewhere more appropriate like at his home. They aren’t grieving in peace they are doing it in the open on his victims doorstep where it’s not welcome.

Come on vesp, his family knew he was an armed burglar, did/do they give a shit about his previous victims? No or they’d have had him in check. The whole point of being armed whilst robbing someone is to kill/stop your victim if it goes wrong. I’d hate to be robbed by an armed theif but if it happened I’d hope I could protect mine with reasonable force to nullify the situation too.

Your talking about a state with a questionable army and resources and a super state. Iraq and Russia are worlds apart! Given the brexit negotiations it would have been easy for the EU to turns it’s back on us regarding Russia. I’d hazard the people that needed to see evidence have and have made their own minds up on the matter.

Have other governments just played follow the leader or have they seen sufficient evidence to come to the same conclusion? Q to consider, would other nations want to make an enemy of Russia on a whim?!

Novochok is Russian made by Russians plus if you read porton downs report they freely admit they was only given a sample to test what nerve agent it was (nothing else) and it was the governments job to use all the evidence it had to decide where it came from, who did it etc.
