  1. Alright, I don't know if anyone can help but I'm looking for a place near or in grimsby that can take wood chip on a Saturday. Thanks Adam.
  2. Thanks guys. They are milled to 2 inch and stored under my garden work bench which is out of the sun and covered.
  3. Thanks I'll change them out for some smaller ones.
  4. Hi everyone I'm pretty new to milling and I'm wondering what the best way is to strap planks to reduce them bowing. I've milled a small bit of oak a couple of months ago and it's warped even though it has been strapped. Thanks Adam
  5. People who get out the truck at the clients house and immediately spark up a tab whilst the client is there.
  6. I had the same problem with the ocean polyester gripping on two different ropes and three different hitches, I couldn't get on with it. I changed to the courant phenix I think it's called and it works a treat. Grips every time.
  7. I did mine with TKF as well and I can't recommend them enough. Brilliant course and instructors.
  8. Or you could just grow a set and have done with shaving.
  9. Has anyone used an 8mm friction cord on a 13mm rope?
  10. I haven't personally but I know a few who have and they can't recommend it enough and I've just ordered bother the 8mm and 10mm.
  11. I found trying different eye to eyes as I found a teufelberger ocean doesn't grip well on Yale ropes. I use a stein eye to eye on a Yale 13mm and it grips perfectly. Also look at the Knut hitch. It's some where between VT and distel for gripping and sportiness.
  12. What are you using for the whipping?
  13. Alright matey, I left the RN last year and I trained with TKF training in holmfirth west York's,. Best thing I did. Got ressetlement to pay for the majority of the course and accommodation so not bad. It's hard graft but I really enjoy it.
  14. I have one and it’s brilliant. Can get a bit sweaty if you don’t open the arm Pitt vents when climbing, but other than that it’s a very good jacket.
  15. Haha small mistake is symbology 47” by 21”

  20. I have used the tail of my rope before but I can't see how you've done your v rig.
  21. Hi Just wondering if anyone runs a secondary bridge in their harness. I use my lanyard as a supplementary from the middle ring on my hitch climber pull as it isn't as restrictive when positioning on a limb walk. I was wondering if anyone uses a supplementary from a second bridge and if so how it works for them. Cheers
