  1. Thanks! Think thats the one I need too.
  2. Is your Laser designed to work with just 5v?
  3. Thanks. Whats the cross over parts you've used to attach to the battery?
  4. What on earth are you talking about? You've entered a topic where you have zero knowledge of and have spouted nothing but gibberish. Conversely unlike you this is a subject I am actually very familiar with. Best you stick to White Knighting and your male sex fantasies....
  5. I have a lot of experiance with Logosol, a Swedish Company that ships Logosol parts from Sweden. I have received any part I have requested within days shipped to Scotland from Sweden. This is the crux of the discussion, the availability of parts in Sweden and from my empirical POV its has been extremely easy to obtain Logosol parts from Sweden. Have you ordered either Logosol or Woodmizer parts from Sweden? No, you're just being your usual twatish self, White Knighting for another member on here who I believe I directed my initial comment to. Why you feel the need to defend someone on a subject you apparently have next to zero experience in is anyone's guess, my guess is because you're an argumentative twat.
  6. Very cool! Ive got the Laser set up now but was not sure which way to go to power it. I like what you've done with the Makita battery, could you share the parts list? Id want to use my DeWalt batteries but they are 18v and the laser is supposedly 12v, not sure if thats an issue or not?
  7. Very well done! Three A's is no easy feat. What is she going to study?
  8. 🤯 Life must have been wild before the internet days.
  9. I periodically order Logosol parts directly from Logosol in Sweden and regardless of the part I order it’s with me within days. I can’t imagine someone who actually lives in the country would have a fundamentally different experience than myself. I’d imagine it would be significantly easier and quicker for him given your comment above. My favourite part of Sweden is Malmö, I just love the positive attributes diversity has brought to the city.
  10. You find you can get Norwood parts easier in Sweden than Logosol that are actually Swedish? I find that very hard to believe.
  11. Try telling that to all the kids that killed themselves over Covid restrictions. Oh yes, you cant.
  12. Not really, the vast majority of those who died of (not with) Covid where at the end of a very long life anyway. They'd have died from Covid or the Cold regardless. The ones who have paid the highest price are the young.
  13. 🤷‍♂️
  14. The ban hammer getting dropped on him hopefully
  15. I’m paying that for a 5t bogie load with no vat added. I made a mistake though, it’s £60 not £50 A ton. 😬 if it was a regular arctic load it would be £50. Cash obviously.
  16. Cover it all back up again 100mm of Kingspan going in. I do like the stone being exposed but its too bloody cold.
  17. It really is Back to ripping the house apart. 😁
  18. Been out hunting for Chanterelles a few times now. On my mates Estate, there’s so much this year it’s unreal.
  19. Im paying £50 a ton delivered for larch in 3m lengths. That sawlogs, genuine sawlogs. To pay anything over £20 a ton standing seems like madness and certainly not worth the effort. The standing dead ironically might be worth the most. Log cabin builders love it due to the shrinkage having already taken place.
  20. Id seriously look at your converter. Ill assume the old boy had an actual 3ph supply?
  21. I find it scary to use as well, but it keeps a healthy respect for the machine. I will use my smaller ones for little jobs and only use this when I have to
  22. Hmmmmm, I did not know that. 😮 Thanks for the heads-up. Thankfully I tend to just get it started then head around to the exit side. I'll certainly keep that in mind.
  23. He uses it without extraction and lets the young lad clean up after. 🤣 He has used it so little these last few years anyway. He’s built a box for extraction for the thicknesser and to be honest that’s where I’d use it the most anyway. I’ve a guy wanting the oak shavings and we’ll do a deal for fresh smoked salmon! 😊
  24. Good point regarding transportation! Ill need to be there when its moved then. My mates roped Jewsons into moving it for us. Yeh, I have an extractor that I bought for my Log Cabin Log Molder. Its a twin bag 3ph machine so should be up to the job
  25. Yeh, I have 3ph the Estate I keep my Mill at sometimes
