  1. I’m simply not interested in engaging you on the subject.
  2. It’s no bad money considering they could be sitting on their arse for 21 days or more. It’s not like they need to get their toes wet to get paid. I just did two trips back to back where I was getting over £1000 a day bonus to sleep on the recliner and clock watch till my next free meal. 😁
  3. Aliens choose to land in the West. 🤣 I’m an avid Scientist Fiction reader, Cixin Liu being my current favourite. He really opens your eyes to the scope of the universe and the potential multiverse. The idea that we’re the only intelligent life in our galaxy is extremely doubtful. The idea that we’re the only intelligent life in the universe is laughable. Cixin Liu’s concept of “the dark forest” holds a lot of merit. That any intelligent life would and should keep silent in our galaxy since ours is around 13 billion years old and we’re extremely late to the development table and we’d either be exterminated or subjugated by more technologically advanced species. Anyway, unless these other species have found a way to travel faster than light we’re safe from all out stupid broadcasts to the ether.
  4. Cocaine? What cocaine?
  5. It’s almost as if the current administration needs a massive deflection from something…..
  6. It really depends on its use and more critically the joinery technique used. I’ve had well seasoned /air dried oak significantly shrink when brought inside. Made my accurate work look sloppy. Had I used a different technique I could have mitigated this to a degree. We’re talking about 3-5 years air dried oak.
  7. I have this in my kitchen. Best investment ever!
  8. The amount of brain dead reets out there who solely form their opinions on what the media tells them to is astounding. And they’re allowed to vote…. Its little wonder we’re in the mess that we are.
  9. Cat got your tongue? In what way is Farage a racist?
  10. So you won’t vote Labour and you won’t vote Tory. There’s literally no other party who is not a single policy party out there. You admit labour are a shower of twats that could not run the U.K. Labour is and has for a long time been the party of “trust me” Tony, the biggest war criminal the U.K. has ever known. Shipman might add murderer to that. Labour constantly clamoured for far more stringent Covid restrictions that the Tories and yet you seem to indicate you believe the Tories were heavy handed? It looks like we’ll see another term of Tory rule come the next GE and as abhorrent as that is even you indicate that it’s better than Labour getting in. You’re certainly a man of contradictions.
  11. Yeh, we’ve had Spring and now it’s Summer. We learn this before we even start School. Just wait til you find out there’s two more seasons, it will blow your mind.
  12. My brother has a 16 plate Ranger. He lives on a costal town in the N.E of Scotland. Zero rust from what he can see. When he called a Ford appointed specialist regarding the Chassis issue he’s been told his Truck was not built at a plant affected by the rust issue.
  13. In what way is Farage a racist?
  14. I think I had 150XRP (pennies) Just blew the bank and bought 75 more.
  15. I did wonder why my wallet jumped £50 the other day.
  16. Can you imagine the amount of minimum wage earners needed to replace someone no longer contributing £50,000 a year in tax? Forget minimum wages earners, how much middle earners would be needed? In Angus the average teachers wage is £36,000 a year and pays £4,700 in tax. You would literally need ten additional teachers on this wage paying tax to make up the shortfall of one of your mates dropping out of the tax game. And before anyone mentions National Insurance these folk (Myself included) pay class 2 NI which is £3 a week. So ten teachers (who are already a tax drain) needed for each of the 4 of your mates saying GTFO to HMRC. Potentially 40-50 teachers wage equivalent needed to replace the lost revenue of four disenfranchised ‘high’ earners.
  17. They’ll need to significantly need to add employment when you consider that someone on £20k a year pays tax on about £7500 which is peanuts. But opens them to a raft of other “benefits”. Potentially making their ‘contribution’ null and void. Someone on £140,000 a year bringing their wages down by £20k a year will result in a loss of tax revenue of around £12,000. Even if someone on £20k a year claimed no benefits (🤣) they’d pay £1500 a year in tax. HMRC will need eight people earning significantly over minimum wage and who does not claim a penny in benefits to replace the lost revenue collected by one single ‘higher’ earner pinching his/her belt a bit. The idiot masses will never ever compute the simple economic truths of Liz Truss proposals for prosperity.
  18. And deny HMRC a significant portion of my hard earned wages? No way!
  19. The reality for me is exactly as you predicted. I will significantly reduce my working time to stay under the threshold. It’s a win/win for me.
  20. I’ll work less.
  21. Eggs, you’ve no been outside of England for a considerable time have you? And popping over to Europe is hardly big shakes is it? Even then I doubt you’ve left England since Covid. I doubt I could find a more English -centric POV if I tried.
  22. You travel all over Eggs? All over where? England? 🤣 You need to get outta your little Englander Box wee man.
  23. Everyone with a triple digit IQ seen it coming. Everyone. Covid alone told us that billions blown needed recovering. Forget everything else and that was all we needed to know that the shitshow had just begun. A world on the brink of turmoil was the icing on the cake. It’s gonna rain before the weeks out Eggs! I predict it and when it does I’ll smugly tell everyone how accurate I was when it does.
