I’m not sure of any mills nearby but Tegid from supersharp might be a good shout for info. I know some lads in Barmouth who run some 4x4 Lorrie’s/mogs with hiabs who can get stuff out of most places, which might make it easier to take to a mill 🤷‍♂️. A bandsaw would be best but that size log is easily done in a day with a good chainsaw mill set up. I’d not go less than 3” in fact I’d probably go thicker for now especially the centre slab. They ain’t gonna be light to shift mind and will take a good while to dry. Stick a pic of the log up if you get the chance. Good luck
