Funny how the media is in an absolute feeding frenzy over the current Doms travels issue. No one is batting an eyelid ? pun intended about the antics of the Chinese in Hong Kong or in reality the fact that the source of this was also a Chinese issue. We have total idiots like the snp fool Blackford demanding an enquiry ffs and even managed to tag on the end of it a comment ref independence. The antics of the French escorting illegal immigrants by the boatload on a daily basis across the channel generated a murmur for a few days but nothing more and in reality how much of a health risk is that as opposed to Doms journey ?????. Like a lot of things with this virus it’s degenerated to a political points scoring exercise complete with massive doses of over the top indignation fed to a gullible easy led proportion of the public whom love nothing more than having a public figure to vilify. The issues facing the country are enormous but what does the media concentrate on ????.

Mark reality is I don’t want nothing more than the ability to go to work. The numbers don’t add up ref avoiding people. Especially outdoor activities or work. My point is the criteria espoused by politicians up here are more than being met right now yet no sign of her relinquishing the control it gives.

Means nothing to me. England is back to work in many places this bloody SNP fool up here is hanging onto her position as the leader of Scotland during what she terms the health crisis or put it another way the best opportunity for the spotlight that she has ever had. Both ltd companies you have will have the ability to furlough or receive assistance and the opportunity to apply for the bounce back loan.

Not remotely interested in how he or his nieces sorted their situation out. What concerns me is what’s relevant to the hundreds of thousands of self employed whom are struggling big time. Not helped by the behaviour of cynical control freaks up here in Scotland.

If I lived in that lonely crowded shithole Mark and being from Northumberland had only family up there I’d have jumped in the car no probs. people are doing far far worse on a daily basis. Many have got there teeth into this weeks meal. My genuine feeling is I don’t give a fuck. More important for me is the continued destruction of people’s economic and mental health due to totally over the top restrictions. Scotland today had 3 deaths from a population of 5.5 million ?♂️?♂️Yet no budging from Sturgeon at all. We still have to wait like good subservient citizens until she seems ready to tell us what we can do.

Well if I haven’t just totally ignored the stringent rules we are supposed to live by. Myself the wife and my two kids have just travelled for no good reason other than to get out the bloody house to drop off some stuff at a friends. Socially distanced, stayed aware and didn’t even need to take a shit Nicola ?I know every move myself and my family have made for the past 7 weeks ?♂️?♂️. I think we really really need to get a fucking grip here. Technically I’ve just broken the SNP lockdown in reality I’ve used my own judgement and a modicum of common sense and put absolutely no one at harm.

Yeah Hotel for a period first Andy then join vessel, tested upon arrival and at end of quarantine if you pass you go to work if not you are goosed ?♂️, slightly tighter controls than poss fixed installations but with nature of what we do it’s impossible to work with social distancing etc. Two reserve guys for the team and one reserve supv also in hotel in the event anyone tests positive, that would be a kick in the stones for sure.

Yeah maybe so but as we know it’s that London elite bollocks do as I say not as I do. Just finished the sun morn political shows and apart from the media hype regarding Dom and his travel plans etc which quite frankly no one gives a shit about, the overriding impression I got was of politicians trying to convince us that we must do as we are told due to the ongoing public heath crisis ?♂️. The facts and figures though do not now justify the current measures especially in Scotland which has apparently now got one of Europe’s longest lockdowns. The economic and financial crisis seems to be totally Irrelevant to the devolved Scottish government.

100% Agree Scotland is the same, I think the only ones whom believe an effective lockdown is in place are the politicians. only thing they are achieving now is economic ruin.
