  1. What is your force drying? Also i always believe it' worth trying to keep customers suppied than letting work go as they may find another supplier and not use you again

  3. Not been doing much processing lately, but did a few dumped loads of softwood this the other day, half of which was done using an axe!
  4. We are in Hertfordshire, this morning was a harsh frost, the country roads leading to the farm were a little slippery with the ice aswell
  5. Been chainsawing up a load of softwood to put through my processors splitter. Been getting some hard frosts each morning and I'm down South, so winter is certainly upon us, I personally can't wait!!

  9. Ive processed a lot of wood like that with my dalen 2054. It has a nice large infeed area can cut 18inch diameter and is a nice simple machine. Are you looking to buy new or second hand machine?
  10. Hi all, the indeed conveyor belt had come/torn apart from the join, it's the rubber type convey. Anyone know if it's repairable or if they are expensive to buy a new one. It's on my dalen 2054. I think you can see on this vid it started to come apart.
  11. Love your Facebook page mate! I noticed on one the the vids part of your cord stack was covered by a tarpaulin. What's the reason for that and does it improve drying time if you covered the stack, or part of it atleast

  13. I noticed on your first pic gdh, the huge stack of cord thar looks like its going on forever! Is it all yours and if so roughly hoe nuch do u have stacked up out of interest.
  14. I bought 30 full vented bags at the start of the year with plan to fill them but having got round to it. Just wondering roughly how long does it take for the fresh logs cut straight into the bag to dry when left outside 2 high, any rough idea would be ideal.
  15. Been doing bits and pieces, hope the link below works, finnished finished off the last of the logs that I had set aside for my processor, been stacked for around 7months, it's all mostly really seasoned and dry stuff!

  19. I'm left handed use the chainsaw left handed, I play ally of cricket bowl left handed, bat right handed. When boxing lead with the left hand I think it's coz my left side is dominant this lead with that side
  20. Do you use your drying sheds for barley to dry your logs?
