  1. You were just about to grab it but aliens came and abducted you and performed various intrusions on you?:001_smile:
  2. I consider it quite often but always get stuck thinking it will be full of elderly people. Did look at the 'navigator of the seas' and I think the other one was the 'sea empress'. They would be an excellent time but it makes all the difference when there are people around the same age as you

That my friend... Belongs in the 'things that made me laugh' thread
  8. Cardiff today..... Sorry pic is sideways...but like the weather really
  9. Rock climbing, I found I had to use my legs more rather than rely on upper body strength. Tree climbing, I find I'm always pulling up using upper body, whether I'm thrusting up or using the tree itself by pulling up on branches. Also, I meant a variety of things by the analogy like both are ball games/both use ropes but use them in different ways. Just an opinion that's all, and only from my own experiences
  10. Rock climbing = football, tree climbing = rugby..........imo. Take time to adapt I guess that's what m saying
  11. That's so typical of the valleys......... I mean if your from there, a chunk of stomach would sound so appealing......... To your primal instincts
  12. Good choice ti, although I reckon there are more stolen car fires in Bon y maen to keep you warm on the streets in the winter when your drinking special brew with your mates whilst flexing your biceps
  13. I guess I'm still like a kid. Bottom one made me laugh this morning
  14. I buy the bags with the intention of reusing them. The good bags. Then I realise my cupboard is filling up with them. So I pull them out and put them by the front door in the house so I know I will take them on the way out. Still, I accumulate more bags. So I put them in my car and my boot is full of them with the intention of reusing them. I get to the self service till and it asks me how many bags I've used. 'Crap' i think, 'my bloody boot is full of them'. So I think about walking out to the car to grab a bag or two but then think 'what the heck, it's only 5p'. So my bag pile just keeps getting bigger. I have started using them to take food to work in the last week so hopefully my bag pile will reduce
  15. Just a reminder to people, but most will already be on the ball..........a couple of lads came to see us on the yard the other day to tell us they had 2x201 and a ground saw (I can't remember the model) stolen off the back of their truck near a petrol station while they were queueing in Cardiff. We are trying to limit the opportunities by keeping kit out of range on the back. These people don't only rob in the night
  16. Penderyn single malt.
