  1. It’s a running (in) joke on here, been running for years in fact, totally unrelated to you. Naturally you don’t get it cos you’re new. Not a big deal. Not that you’re averse to insulting others based on their age or reading ability. You do seem a bit sensitive though. Anyway stick around or don’t, up to you, hang about and you’ll likely pick up some good info. 👍
  2. Off to Ireland this morning with my brother to visit family. Bordeaux-Dublin-Gorey-Ballygarrett. Laters.
  3. I held on as long as I could, I’m only human.
  4. Wordle 1,329 4/6 ⬜🟨⬜⬜⬜ 🟨⬜🟩⬜⬜ 🟨⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 unusual one.
  5. I can see it now, I’m pinned up a giant poplar, struggling for breath.. My groundy shouts up ‘I’m coming up to perform an ariel rescue, hold on!’ Me (gasping for breath) ‘stay down there until you learn how to spell it you imbecile! It’s AERIAL’
  6. Alan Brazil on Talksport this morning spouting facts. Guy’s a legend, national treasure.
  7. Wordle 1,328 6/6 ⬜🟨⬜⬜⬜ 🟨⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟨🟨⬜ ⬜🟩🟨🟨⬜ ⬜🟩🟨🟩🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  8. Somebody in Echo’s R&D department is due a very big bonus.
  9. But noisy! I prefer the 542 XPi, plenty quick but easy on the ears, not light though, but on a dismantle that’s not as much of an issue.
  10. Interesting how the echo is now the best seller. I love mine, but it runs out of puff in bigger wood.
  11. Well yeah, we can, that was literally what the OP asked us.
  12. Now that’s a good idea.
  13. So (on that day) what did YOU do?
  14. So what sort of price?
  15. He wants to do what now?
  16. I like my Stihl combi tool, especially the 4 stroke engine. Tbh I don’t use it that much, but it seems good. Mostly husky saws here so I’m no one brand bigot.
  17. Wordle 1,327 3/6 ⬜⬜⬜🟨🟨 🟨⬜🟨🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 💅
  18. Around 650 quid including the bearings, give or take.
  19. As ever, photos please.
  20. Now that’s cheap motoring.
  21. Give us a photo please.
  22. I think the cyclists are much less culpable that the recovery truck. Better signage would certainly have helped. Edit, it’s a sort of worst case scenario. He was probably confident of motoriséd traffic stopping. Adrenaline fueled racing cyclists probably never crossed his mind. Its just the sort of monumental balls up I could pull off.
  23. I do tell the groundy oftimes to leave a big branch on the deck in full view, gives the general public an instant understanding what’s going on from the get-go.
  24. Was going to post that, nasty. Cyclists are tricky cos they don’t want to slow down.
  25. Yes, saw that. Its crazy though isn’t it? I can’t see how they could get it wrong. Can’t get my head round it.
