  2. People are different Joe, I have a fiancé and two lovely dogs, springer spaniels, and I do the 8 hour work last thing for estates, I do indeed charge a lot more in private jobs. I was thinking a log grabber would be an affordable price for tree surgeons for 200 a day. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  7. I do not think its a lack of grounds man, it's a lack of employers who can't put the effort forward to build good morale in the work force. You employ and you create and build self confidence in your staff, you create your own culture . I'm about to expand quite a lot and could have done it earlier, work must be fun, if it's not then me as a employer have failed to create a good environment for my staff. 22. I was checking my profile to see if I could change my name to stump grinding direct. And noticed I like scuba diving and a game world of Warcraft. Reading that made me think back in time, and what a dramatic change have took place since I set up a goal on stump grinding. To now exist in this moment and take a step even further forward, and set up new goals to achieve for future. See one of the very best aspects of this job, is the amazing people I come across. I'm going to take a short break and get out for some diving, energising myself to tackle the fun challenge out there in the world of tree stumps. Hope you are all having a fab time Sent from my iPad using Arbtalk
  23. I had a holiday in Loch Ness few weeks ago and I enjoyed it to max, and yes I play everyday and I love it. Trick is to have a passion for what you do, it's not work then it's play time, could have done so many stumps in fort Agustus but machine was at home
  24. Hey guys ! Not been able to log in for a long while due to mad hours of work. But what a journey it have been, done so many stumps so I feel I can grind them blind folded now, the other week had some action tipped the machine on the side, tried to catch it ! if I had been a little younger I would have managed, instead I got a blue black yellow red leg lol, and scratched my head so much I should be bold ! This is first time for a long time I actually had some time to log in here, so I got 20 minutes to read here on this great site.
