  1. Yup, just watched it. And really enjoyed it. :-))
  2. Raleigh chopper? I had one of them!!! Excellent behaviour. Carry on, do..
  3. Sorry I didn't word that well. I was more thinking of the throttle jamming open due to bulky gloves which has happened on at least two occasions I know of. The rubber palm grip gloves you use are brilliant.
  4. At what point is the back of your left hand ever going to be in contact with a moving chain if you are holding the chainsaw properly, and applying the chain break when you've finished cutting? Don't let a pair of gloves give you a false sense of security! Also c/s gloves give far less throttle control. Trousers and boots a must, though. 👍
  5. Yup, that'd be cool, Ti.
  6. No, she's good girl. Bark definitely worse than bite. And while we're on the subject of bravery, you're a fine one to talk. You're halfway into an adventure involving a knackered horse, a flatulent frog, a sea captain with a fatal attraction to waccy baccy, terrible conditions at sea, etc. Ps. The wench here is in stitches over every installment, so keep 'em coming.
  7. I need one of them. So bad.
  8. Someone once told me that it's a lot easier to apologise later than seek permission first. Obviously you have to be selective on what situation you apply it to but in your case, Countryboy, it might work a treat. Works for me when getting new kit past her indoors.
  9. Nice one Dean. Wish my boss would let us be that creative!
  10. We use these at work for all thorn and bramble clearance. Absolutely brilliant. We get them from Baca Safety in Northampton.
  11. Ashcroft transmissions? Good people.
  12. Fashion must be put before safety, Metsaman. This is very important!!! By the way, I thought both videos were very good, what other treats do you have lined up for us?
  13. What a beauty! Are you restoring it properly or just getting it going?
  14. Ok. I'm glad you have new ones. Have to look good, Metsaman!!!
  15. Metsaman, you need to come over to the Arb Show and get yourself a new pair of chainsaw trousers! Would love to meet you.
  16. Why are you not writing full time? Absolutely brilliant, yet again. The wife is looking across at me with a mix of curiosity and disgust at the sobs and snorts I am inadvertently emanating.

    Rats!

Nice one. Big buggers aren't they!
  18. Happy birthday Jon. Day off today?
  19. Interesting find, TCD. Thanks for posting.
  20. Awesome pic. Love to climb summat that high!
