  1. My box is about 12" higher than the cab of my landy and about 6" wider, yours looks level with the roof and sides. Sent from Outerspace.
  2. Believe what you want I have measured it and know what my truck holds. Sent from Outerspace.
  3. What ever they are it holds around 4.5 cube, I have measured it. Sent from Outerspace.
  4. Mine was made by Nene Overland, its done me proud for the last 6 years, I had a new tipping chassis fitted a couple of months back as the last one rotted away. Sent from Outerspace.
  5. Here's mine, it has a tool box runs down the side of vehicle and holds 4.5 cube approx. The tool box is the big flap with the phone number on. I can get all my saws, combi can, blower and tool box in it. Sent from Outerspace.
  6. It's money well spent though, it will pay for itsel quickly and make your job easier. Sent from Outerspace.
  7. It was a bit back so I can't remember what i paid sorry. They are worth it though as I can have the splitter and processor hooked up at the same time. Sent from Outerspace.
  8. Any agricultural place that makes pipes, dobbos made mine. Sent from Outerspace.
  9. Thanks, its taken a lot of trial and error to get there. A petrol splitter is ok but once you have used a decent hydraulic splitter powered by a tractor you will see the difference, the petrol will have a cycle time of maybe 17 seconds where the tractor splitter is nearer 10 I would guess. Sent from Outerspace.
  10. I wouldn't bother with a petrol splitter as they are not quick enough. I have a Hakki Pilliki 1x37 processor that does up to 14" and the I have a hydraulic splitter that runs of the tractor hydraulics. I have the splitter free standing but piped into the tractor and the processor on the rear links. They will run together without having to take either off. After many years I have found this is the best way do me to run. I do about 200-300 tonne per year. Sent from Outerspace.
  11. I just had a gander at tibus off road and they look a very good product. I would love to build my own Arb landy that had them on and could carry more weight, it could be the best of mog vs landy, mog use ability but on landy size. Propper wet dream stuff. Sent from Outerspace.
  12. I like my otter box defender for my iPhone 5, I have had a waterproof phone before and found it awkward to use. It was a life proof case and the headphone adaptor broke. The otterbox you are talking about looks ok though but maybe a bit bulky. You are welcome Jon mate. Sent from Outerspace.
  13. I just ordered some but didn't mention I am on arbtalk Rob, can you fix my discount please?? Sent from Outerspace.
  14. That's great news! I did put your name forward when I was having a crack with Phyllis at K&H about finding a uk supplier. I will be ordering some now. Sent from Outerspace.
  15. We're not all the same as you though are we. Stupid comment really bud. 😏 Sent from Outerspace.
  16. And the fact that it is carcinogenic might put you off as well. Sent from Outerspace.
  17. Dear Stihl, after the trouble I have had with Husqvarna I have now started buying Stihl, however now this new online policy is being introduced I guess I won't be buying Stihl products now, I feel this is a very stupid policy on your part, yes I understand if buying a chainsaw but chainsaw pants?? If something breaks while at work I can order online and I will have it the next day, if I can't buy online then I would have to take time of to drive an hour to my nearest Stihl dealer and that's only if they have what I need. I suspect you will loose a lot of customers when this policy comes in. Sent from Outerspace.
  18. I wouldn't use someone if they had a sign written truck. I think from what I have read Gordon you are trying to run before you can walk, I am not knocking your enthusiasm as it is so great to hear of someone trying to get a start and be as keen as you but I think you should get experience on the job before doing anything else. I know its hard to get experience, I get a couple of calls a week from lads after work. Don't give up and just keep offering your services to local firms. All the best. Sent from Outerspace.
  19. That's cool but it has been done with the agrover. That's on portal axles but are prone to the chains breaking. Sent from Outerspace.
  20. No mate, we didn't do anything to the tree in the pic either, my mate got my phone while we were having a pint and posted it as me!! Anyhoo the tree is a belter and 100% natural. Sorry;) Sent from Outerspace.
  21. I agree, I had used FOtL for years but found they shrank quite a bit, I then started using Gildan and the are far better. Sent from Outerspace.
  22. Got any pics of your work mate? Sent from Outerspace.
  23. Gosh I forgot the picture! Fool! Sent from Outerspace.
  24. Did a beech reduction today and forgot to take a before shot!! Nobhead! Anyway this is how it turned out. :;:; Sent from Outerspace.
  25. It would be horrible not chipping, like the old days, stack on trailer, mash up, get as much on as possible and then mash again, then go and unload and burn then go back for more. Sent from Outerspace.
