  1. I’m fairly sure you give your notice and then after the fifth day has gone if the you have had no response from the LA you are good to go.
  2. I’d go butterflies I think, or maybe both for table, makes it easier to keep clean. Adds a bit of something to.
  3. I’ve found it’s miles better with a 12mm when using one.
  4. We’ve got one, had a job that was battery only after midnight on the highways. Good little saw to be honest, really like it for small bits
  5. Rochdale bud. Cheers
  6. Yeah that’s a fair jaunt, yeah they are all being machined and made by a friend up here. Cheers
  7. I’m in lancs bud. its for a chap I know but he needs quite a lot. A full large house full of window and door frames. If it’s something you can do drop me a pm with your number and I’ll give you a call. Cheers
  8. Hey, Has anybody got any 4x4 dry oak in reasonable lengths, preferably air dried if possible. It’s for window frames so the clearer the better I would think. Thanks in advance. John

  10. Hundred percent
  11. Thanks mate, we’ve spoke to axel about it but of them have to be taken out of the barrel as not vapour tight. We’ve gone down the 5l route and will refill them. Thanks

  14. Yeah I just can’t find a vapour right pump. Just didn’t want to buy hundreds of plastic tubs and decant it all the time. Are you putting a pump in and out the barrel all the time then?
  15. Just about to switch to aspen but wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a pump to use in the barrel? Cheers
  16. As it’s been done before you will be ok doing again. Get a good sharp silky or even secatures and take it back to the base of the new growth with a proper cut at the collar. Little pegs everywhere look terrible and stop the tree creating a pollard head. This can repeater on a cycle depending on how fast it grows
  17. I know the lads involved, there was a huge racial element involved and the whole thing was barbaric. Brave lads, the bloke who started the saw was a hero saved there lives that day. It misses out that what happened was the guy defended the old lady then the attacker shot off and came back with the mob. What ever they got it’s not enough.
  18. Sorry to hear bud.
  19. They’re just robbing so and so’s
  20. Depends what you are doing with it I think. Ours is on a smaller machine and it’s just a pain to be honest, takes all the flow from the machine to make it work. We changed the motor and it’s still bad. With a shear I think it would be grand but we have a 5 ton we with a normal rotator and have no problems with it. If your just feeding a chipper or moving stuff I’d go that route.
  21. The worm drive is painful mate. We just got one and it’s sooooo slow.
  22. Skipping back a few pages can you get enough flow through he multi x coupler to run a flail?
  23. Never seen a thing but think I might go to. John
  24. Thanks guys I’ll give them a call. Much appreciated John
  25. Can anybody recommend a good crane company in or around Burton please? Thanks John
