  1. Cluck cluck cluck for me
  2. Do pros not use the chain brake, asking for a friend?
  3. I do have to ask the question, if you've not got a chipper or van. What's the point in a big saw, surely for anything that requires vehicle shifting it's cheaper to subcontract parts of a job with the chipper ?.
  4. Plus realistically how much time do you cut for, as you'll be needing plenty of batteries for more than a hour or two a day.
  5. Isn't the Stihl also power depending on the battery used

It's been discussed on other threads before, the red HP is or was JASO rated. The green seems to run cleaner, but isn't rated. I've only switched to green as its what's always in-store and red was order in, but have noticed whilst it runs well it can be a bit sparky especially when running full throttle on the log pile, so presumably the ash is burning.
  7. Realistically it's going to be a group of yoofs in a car tho, nobody could drink that without being easily found in a hedge just round the corner inebriated and covered in their own urine. Granted I'm teetotal, so one of them and I'd probably be in a hedge mumbling it jumped out Infront of me.
  8. Usually whilst the engine is off, sometimes if it's clogged or seized the flow and pressure makes it hard to adjust
  9. Always thought as much, shot many a steel target at 50-200m to know that even subsonic it's still got a bit of poke. Granted 45 ACP is more a slow moving house brick compared to a 22 in whatever flavour.
  10. Yeah, but the mass of that 45 might sting a bit more than a .177 from a BSA meteor. I was always told pistols of that vintage could be stopped by a decent blanket at distance, always thought it was an old soldiers tall tale.

    Stihl green ?.
  12. Those Welsh trailer makers are a crafty bunch, matching camo trailers.
  13. Think in the UK 10m is the standard because it's predominantly air pistol.
  14. They were mike's previous attempts to hit the barn door, sussh 🙂.
  15. Is this mythical £45 down the local B&Q ?. As I'd love to know who's paying that for arb chip, partly so I could become a millionaire Rodney.
  16. Haha, I know the getting old feeling!. I'd probably go pixel, never really liked the Samsung phones as the OS is a bit modified and feels a bit clunky compared to the standard android OS.
  17. Pixel 8a if it was me, I like a phone you can actually put in your pocket without it feeling like a laptop. Plus SIM only every day of the week, okay you take the hit but £16 a month or whatever the ridiculous EE plan is 🙂
  18. Becoming, long ago. They'll be sending summons for your turn as the village bike.
  19. Endlessly discussing it isn't going to get things anywhere. Personally it's their dime, let them have at it. Yeah, they might be morons, but they have the money to obviously be utter morons. Otherwise, you can call their bluff but is it worth the risk of legal expense, let them do it and you can sit smugly when it continues to go south. Just to put it into perspective. I went to war with my neighbour over where he put his bins out - now I'm bankrupt with a £1million legal bill | Daily Mail Online WWW.DAILYMAIL.CO.UK Geoff Carter, 77, first went to war with his farmer neighbour Trevor Goldsworthy over the weekly bin collections in rural west...
  20. So are you just pointing out reading is already a smoke control area ?
  21. So you're trees are damaging the swimming pool I presume ?. Well you could argue they can remove all trees at their expense and put up a maximum legal height fence to ensure privacy. However this is more a council planning department issue as there are rules regarding extensions etc overlooking neighbours. Wasn't a celebrity told off for something similar recently with a hot tub or similar.
