  1. Or like grass when cut, it pours it's energy into regrowth to scavenge more available sunlight adding extra weight to existing limbs instead of putting that collected energy into the roots. Be interesting to compare the root from a pruned tree and a untouched one that's also fallen over in say a storm. Would also be interesting to see the growth rings in the main section, it'll probably be almost none existent.
  2. Well Elon is ineligible to be president, same reason as Arnold could only be governor. Javier is already turning around his debt ridden country, despite the world and his financial dog saying you can't do that x,y,z. Remind me again how many presidential pardons the hair sniffer has given out so far, circa 8000 ?.
  3. They were eating reds in a few places, not sure if those were just thinning out the daft ones that had been fed regularly or if they were actively stalking them. The grant isn't bad, but does come with a lot of conditions including having training and you need a lot of acres to make it pay, I'd get the grant total of 1k, but suspect it's only applicable on actual woodland so £300.
  4. I'm sure Peds when you eventually finish college, all will become clearer as you shake the shackles of student politics. That or find a country where you're student politics outlook actually makiles things work correctly, small list me thinks.
  5. You keep digging that socialist pit comrade. One day you'll eventually melt, dig your way to china or find that mythical subterranean new world order. Why not have a look at the world and see what's behind all the waste and screw ups, mostly thinly veiled communism under the guise of being nice/love/environment and caring bs. Javier and Donald are what capitalism is about, you have a state that's going to be kept in check but also does what we expect them to do at a reasonable price.
  6. Or engage brain and use it. Just your usual end of the world is neigh sandwich board BS, you enjoy drinking the propaganda and practically swim in an ocean of it.
  7. Apple me thinks.
  8. That was my least cryptic post, how about a more cryptic reply. Ich bin ein Starmer.
  9. Ah you prefer your communism without the digital AI, just the robot reading the script. Gotcha
  10. Maybe with the small size of our army, it's a plan to get everyone driving old restored army land rovers. They always seem to have an almost ungodly number at these army surplus places.
  11. Sausage in a paddling pool one expects
  12. Because you'd never get them off with your tiny manufacturer supplier tyre tool if there overtightened. Plus those timberwolf nuts looked like they had the slotted nut anti removal treatment.
  13. I don't know, but even Google says a breaker bar can help to apply 3,400 Nm. Even more with the right sized gorilla and a pipe extension on the end, we've all done it!.
  14. You adapt down in size, not adapt upward. Might be easier posting a picture of the head without any adapters, as it might end up hanging down a long way from the gearbox!. Might be easier buying one of those Oregon metal strimmer heads and using 3.9mm line, cuts through just about anything.
  15. You can have 2 cans, the 4 remaining once yer done!. I want them stacked straight not on the piss.
  16. Bag of kindling and a bag of coal should atleast be thrown in as part of the deal.
  17. I knew it wasn't 5.56 or 7.62, but just assumed they made military ammo to basic weight and spec instead of lighter/heavier, excluding the more specialist tracers etc obviously.
  18. Guess when your feeding a machine gun, you're not particularly bothered about projectile weight. Never really thought they would be any lighter than the standard rounds, being a NATO standard and all that jazz.
  19. Would it be easier to just reduce the powder charge if you're reloading or pulling the heads ?. Guessing it must be pretty vintage ammo?
  20. I know the answer perfectly well, I've had several including the pistol version and you'll soon realise they're a PITFA because it's Co2 and you pretty much use it all or replace next time you drag it out the drawer or spend hours removing a corroded capsule. It's like an expensive smoking habit, switch to compressed air and you can leave it for months and it's still ready to go and won't leave one stuck in the barrel. So maybe listen for a change and you'll actually learn something, several of us here have been there got the t shirt and rolled it up and drop kicked it into the scrap bin.
  21. Well rumours are that BT are going to be relying on starlink for the mobile phone and internet. Same in Australia, that's the rumour why our signal is so terrible they've reduced spending on expansion
  22. Probably easier to pickup one of those cheapy Kral things and use compressed air.
  23. A lot of industry wanted air free by 23, energy efficiency bs mostly as well as dust and certificates
  24. It'll be reet, they'll only be able to afford a second hand bicycle at this rate. Plenty of cheap Bradley Wiggins ones knocking about!.
  25. Just look at any newspaper, news outlet, abandon ship, sack staff, sell it off abroad and wait for government handouts. The mind boggles at the inept attitude this government treats business, ready for government has worn itself out already on maybe day 2. Just repeating it'll be ok whilst making the country and everyone in it bankrupt isn't going to end well for Mr Q Starmer.
