  1. What about the solenoid block?. That would be my first thing to check, usually two wires and a single retain nut. I tend to use a test lamp for such situations when scrabbling around fault finding tractor hydraulics.
  2. I don't think he actually said how to use your machine, that is upto you obviously. He can supply you parts but cannot touch the machine in any way shape or form, that's probably a grey area but wouldn't be culpable in the event of it hitting the fan.
  3. Let's put it simply, think of your fence boundary as an invisible wall upto the clouds. They are allowed to cut anything over the invisible line, but they have to offer it back to you. In reality I don't think anyone actually asks and just disposes of it tho. After all there is common sense even when being petty and or vindictive.
  4. If you don't want the tree cutting, why not just talk to them and say if you leave the tree alone you will cover any costs of damage if it does drop a limb on their fence.
  5. Something like this is probably what you want. DRAYTON 27100SX 2 PORT MOTORISED VALVE 22MM 22MM COMPRESSION (32455) You'd probably need to do a bit of research into how to do Combi connections, might be easier to keep the oil for the hot water and run the radiators seperate?. But from experience, having more full bore lever valves is never a bad thing. Worse case you just remove the levers to prevent accidents.
  6. If you plumb the original boiler after the mixing valve for the akvatherm outputs you can use a two/three port valve. So when say the oil is running it heats the radiator circuit and not the buffer tank.
  7. Thinking about it, it would be an ammo dump!.
  8. I was going to say an armoury full of knackered ones.
  9. And a housing market that's due a reality check, all those empty luxury high rise flats in London. All purchased as investments, when really they could have been half the size and sold at a reasonable price instead of forcing low earns miles into the suburbs or into ghetto style accommodation.
  10. Sounds like he must have spoken to a load of dealers and they all got the I need it right now or I'm going off elsewhere vibe. If he knew it was in stock at the importers, 1st place you go and you ask them to order it instead of wasting time and energy.
  11. Looks like that sheared off inside the right hand side bushing, is that inner left side bent out of alignment?.
  12. Without sitting on the fence, it's probably cheaper just to buy a few more batteries for home charging, unless you're also wiring in a couple of leisure batteries for the longer journeys. You can always charge one on the way to site, but you're then also carrying a petrol backup as well. I'm sure the statistic was about 15-20 minutes just to restore the power needed to start your engine, no free lunch as they say .
  13. Shepherds warning, bank managers delight ?
  14. They're not really supposed to be flexed or moved around, plus even I would be a bit hesitant of wrapping a big coil of 230v wiring around me. And they aren't really temperature regulated, the pet ones are set around 29c and a seat size is about £30
  15. It's probably safer to buy a pet rated electric heating pad, main powered but if it's safe for animals it's even safer for elderly and the infirm if they sit on the same chair most of the day
  16. And then go online and moans about his poor Google skills. Sounds like a lot of dealer work for £10-15 profit
  17. Do we include the knots or is that considered cheating ?
  18. NJA has the best idea of 60 bags, personally I'd subtract a few to give you a better idea. Work your costing from 50/55 bags, but be close or the same price as the competition.
  19. Environment Agency looks to block HVO WWW.THECONSTRUCTIONINDEX.CO.UK Just as hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) was starting to become the fuel of choice for the construction industry...
  20. Don't cross the streams!
  21. If it's hydraulic feed roller then it could be a faulty valve block or solenoid allowing oil to keep trickling through. When you disconnect the sensor wires do the rollers stop ?
  22. Have a chat with TKF training, they're only Holmfirth.
  23. The manufacturer name that keeps popping up is Kingfire. As does "natural heating", might be worth a call Details are very thin on the ground tho, so maybe a imported and resold under various names ?
  24. Whilst I get your idea, I sense many troubles going down that route. I assume you buy in cordwood and are trying to approximate cost ?. It's firewood not a PhD thesis, if it is cordwood it's still wet weight.
  25. But what has it got to do with the weight, unless you are paying for courier transport to the customer.
