  1. If the pictures are not clear enough they want their eyes testing. Get some blown up and post them everywhere.
  2. We have a little Hunter Hawk stove, I fitted it about 12 years ago. It stands about 650mm high with the flue fitting on top and gives 5kw of heat burning wood according to the write ups. Here's a stock picture of it from the web.
  3. If you charge through the car they do not get up to full capacity so it's best to charge on mains at least once a month. I use mine then charge it after as it does them good to discharge (but not fully) and top up. Just check the gauge on the front occasionally to see what is left in them and don't let it get into the red too often.
  4. Optimistic is the word I think
  5. A friend of mine is selling his series 1967 2a with a 200 tdi engine fitted. He's bought a later diesel but the engine is rough and it's getting a 300 tdi fitted soon along with a full hard top. I got volunteered to rewire the old one and he' used my welder on it when his wouldn't reach (mine's more portable)
  6. You could use a jump starter pack like the ones from Halfords or Machine Mart, they have battery leads and an accessory socket and are easily carried. We use one for a camping battery and I use it for a 12v soldering iron sometimes.
  7. Four strokes don't work flat out as well as two strokes, too much stress for them to handle. A bit of oil starvation thrown in and they are a recipe for disaster, alright for lawnmowers and Rotavators that work mainly on the level but waving round and upside down is a recipe for disaster.
  8. The leaves look like a Bay Tree, I wonder how big those can get if left long enough ?
  9. A bit late for the party but it looks looks one that Aldi was selling a few years ago in the same colours.

    Beech fell

Missed the building completely, very disappointed. Could have got £250 from Harry Hill with a bit more effort
  11. Nice video [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYyd0dvNNXU]here [/ame]for Jon then We were camping on a site near Swadlincotes (Conkers) last week and the woodyard above was in full production. I spent a lot of time watching them from a comfortable position.
  12. First post here, Land Rovers use the oil leak as an indicator. When it stops coming out they need some more putting in.
