  1. In my opinion no for reason 2 but it depends what the tool was in reason 1 was there something in your contract that stated something about it or not It look like you might need to take some legal advice if you have not already that my opinion i am not saying thats the truth

  13. It would not surprise me but i read the post wrong i thought it said the tree was that old

I would say that it not a problem to the house The berry are poisons but you would need to eat a far before it had any effect it would also be a shame to cut a 300 year old yew tree down and i would be surprised if it did not have a tpo on it But i am not a tree surgeon so i might be wrong about it affecting the house
